The open shower/bathroom was very nice, people were very nice and super kind, all very helpful, nice bungalow very central place next to the main street with shops and harbor, but as the island is small beaches and snorkeling places are also reachable within a 10-15 minutes walk. Great diving spots around the island, very good teachers for diving lessons and the breakfast was always good. Free coffe and tea in the lobby reception area :)

a very important point: no moscito net in the shower/bathroom, so sitting on the toilet is uncomfortable cause the moscitos come even in the dark and with moscito blocker, so please as already mentioned in other comments put a moscito net on the top of the shower to cover the bathroom! -it takes time to prepare the breakfast

Very relaxed and well run resort in excellent spot adjacent to the harbour. We stayed in regular room, it was great, only thing I would have loved was a bar fridge in the room but we made do. (Our friends stayed in bungalows & had fridge so if it's a must for you would suggest booking instead). Otherwise everything was great, very clean and in good condition. The aircon worked very well and kept us super cool. The resort facilities were great- 2 pools, with lots of shade and a nice breakfast area. There is a gym next door you can pay to use. Lots of great restaurants nearby, but still quiet at night. The island has lots of cats, a few hanging out at the resort too and it was great to see the resort giving facilities use to support an initiative that gives basic vet care & neutering to the cat population. We also did our advanced open water certification while staying here and I have to say it was one of the most professional and well run dive centres I've come across. All the dives were different and and the instructors were excellent and great communicators; I learnt so much this week.

Oceans Five is positioned 2 minutes walk from the ferry terminal. The 2 pools are a great size. My accommodation was lovely with all the necessities. The staff are helpful and friendly. It is situated right next to the main drag. Lots of tasty restaurants, I particularly loved the Italian restaurant which is a 30 second walk away. Absolutely delicious pasta! In Bali!!!

The food at Oceans 5 wasn’t very interesting. Having a kettle in the room would have been preferable…However there is a community coffee/tea making area in the reception area of the hotel. It simply would be nice to wake up and make a cup of tea first thing in your room.

Great location, right next to the harbour, so just a short walk from when you get to the island. We did not hear the chants from the mosque in our room, which seem to be a disturbance for many tourists. The staff was very friendly!

It would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room to keep the water clean. The breakfast which was included in our booking was quite disappointing. We had to pay extra for milk in our coffee and the coffee itself was so strong, we thought we hadn't even gotten milk. The breakfast options in general were scarce, so we ate out for breakfast.

Though this is a dive resort, we weren’t diving and still really enjoyed our stay here. The location is really convenient, it’s literally one minute’s walk from the ferry drop off. This was important for us as we didn’t want to use the horse carts. There are two pools to choose from which were usually pretty quiet. The sister cafe/restaurant is lovely but expensive. The complimentary breakfast is served there but the options are massively reduced so if you want a coffee, juice, or breakfast from the full cafe menu, you have to pay again. The room itself was pretty basic but clean and with good air con. The WiFi was also good and didn’t drop out. You can easily walk to all the restaurants and the beaches are about 10-20 minutes walk away (the best snorkelling spots anyway). Complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby was a nice touch too.

There were a lot of mosquitoes in the outdoor bathroom but they can’t really help that. The bed was pretty hard and actually a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast options were quite limited (lime, watermelon or papaya juice - had to pay extra if you wanted orange, for example).

great location, right at the Wharf, amazing access to restaurants and groceries and easy location for kids to wander in and out (teenagers). comfortable for family of 6 if you don't mind sharing a bathroom. was a little like being away camping all together. great bonus having breakfast included. great cool air-conditioning and shampoo and conditioner available, which was a life saver with all the swimming.

The internet access was poor in the bungalow and at some dining areas within the resort, yet it made the kids sit outside to use their phones so not all bad. just meant we couldn't always receive messages from planned activity etc when in the rooms. mattresses were very hard but didn't bother us, and would have loved ice tube trays.

Great location by port and easy access to both sides of island. Family villa was awesome for us a family of 5. Swimming pool is great but is shared with divers so families should be aware but there is another pool.

Restaurant and accommodation were owned by different people so no real relationship formed with any staff. Restaurant was very western and a bit over priced in my opinion so we ate away from resort mostly.

Excellent location. 1 minute walk from the pier when you arrive, and next to the main shopping street. The staff was very friendly and their level of English was pretty good.

Our house was next to a karaoke bar (3x a week till late), we did not have WiFi in our house, only by the pool and reception. Breakfast was nice, however the coffee was not good and we only had one option (Lombok coffee), and had to pay extra for an americano or cappuccino.

Lovely, spacious family villa, right next to the pool and restaurant for breakfast. Everything kept clean and tidy. My daughter loved the pool! Fantastic location, within walking distance of restaurants, shops and ferry. Bike to everything else. Great for divers (we did a refresher course and it was really well run). Tasty breakfast and super friendly staff.

Our villa was at the end of the resort, so we were right next to the restaurant‘s kitchens and the island’s main street. It was really noisy in the evenings up until 10pm (music from the bars), then you could hear everything going on in the kitchens from 6.30am. It didn’t really bother us, but it might bother light sleepers.

The location is fabulous, right outside the harbour station. Inspite of being a dive resort busy with people coming in for diving, the cottages have privacy. Room was decent spacious, bathroom was pretty big. Staff is very helping. Inhouse restaurant is good place to chill. Many shops and restaurants are nearby.

Nothing major, checkout time of 11am is little early. Going to Bathroom has steps so at night need to be careful.
