Fabulous room, really friendly staff (they are easily the best part about this place I cannot speak highly enough of them), quaint little pool in the middle, lovely open top 2nd floor restaurant / breakfast venue. The room was honestly fabulous, couldn't have asked for any more, beautiful shower & bath, lovely cosy bed and great aircon, WIFI & amenities.

The water was off for a little while whilst we were there as they were doing some works in one of the rooms which meant we couldn't have a shower the night we were there (only stayed on the island one night unfortunately). Didn't really bother us too much as it was back on in the morning, only negative I could find.

This was definitely a home like gem, situated in a good location in the pretty island of Gili Air. The decoration was impeccable, with a lot of attention to detail and the room was super clean. The staff also cleaned the room multiple times a day, without the guests noticing. This place had hands down the friendliest staff we have encountered in the Gili islands and in Bali. Every time we entered the accomodation, we felt like at home. The surrounding garden is beautiful, green and the attention to detail can also be seen outside the room. The swim by the pool was very relaxing. The accomodation had a super good restaurant, with a variety of local and international cuisine. Breakfast was of excellent quality and very filling and fresh. If you want to try something unique and cosy, join the family dinners, organized a couple of times a week in the restaurant. The cats of the accomodation were the cherry on the cake. The accomodation also offers bicycles and snorkeling gears and make sure to also ask about the private tours.

The area had some worms, which could also be found inside the accomodation. But this is understandable since you encounter all sorts of insects in the island.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed. 🙏 The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up, making it easy for us to relax and enjoy our time there. The location is also a big plus — just a short walk to the beautiful beach, but still tucked away in a quiet and cozy environment. It felt like a little hidden gem where we could truly unwind. 🌴✨ Big thanks to the whole team for the warm hospitality. We’d love to come back again someday!

it would be great if the Wi-Fi connection could reach the restaurant area more consistently, especially for those who might need to stay connected while enjoying breakfast or coffee

It’s hard to put into words just how special this place is. Due to boat cancellations, we ended up needed somewhere to stay very last minute and I think it was fate that led us to Hani! I can honestly say it is the nicest place I have ever stayed. From the moment we walked through that very unassuming door on the street, we were treated like royalty and this continued right up until we left. The staff here are exceptional. Special mention goes to Ben who showed such kindness to us and looked after us like family! The welcome drink was delicious, our room was beautiful, particularly the bathroom, and the pool area is uniquely gorgeous and so relaxing. We had some lovely massages and we also did the tour they offer to Joni’s village which was a wonderful day out! Breakfast and cocktails were exceptional. I cannot recommend Hani enough and am already looking forward to returning to this paradise next year.

A perfect little hideaway for your vacation in Gili Air! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. All the staff members were so frienly and accommodating. The room was beautifully decoreted, cozy and clean. Breakfast was really delicious, you could choose what you liked from the menu every morning and enjoy it at the restaurant, pool area or even at your own terrace. We tried the massages as well and those were lovely and relaxing. The hotel has bikes for the guests and we really enjoyed cycling around the island. The location was perfect, really close to the main street and pier. A must stay in Gili Air! ❤️

We loved everything. Athmosphere there is incredible and welcoming. Every little detail in rooms and restaurant is worth of taking an other look. Staff was so nice and helpfull. Food and breakfast was delicious. Really need to go back there again!

Hani was absolutely superb; we stayed 5 nights as a family in the Moon Suite. The quality of accommodation is very good, great coffee, great food, exquisite lush garden and lovely pool area for this beautiful little boutique hotel. And the staff were amazing - very friendly, attentive, and catered to every need. Joni and the rest of the team were absolutely brilliant. They have got it right here, it’s a great hotel and would highly recommend it.

The Hani Hideaway was by far the best hotel I've ever stayed at. It truly feels like arriving in paradise! The pool is incredibly charming, and even when there are other guests around, it feels like you have the place to yourself. Additionally, they arranged a massage for me within just a few minutes. You can order anything you want at any time, which adds a special touch to the experience. The breakfast and all the food were outstanding. A special mention to the staff, especially Johny, who was exceptionally friendly, shared a lot about the country and its culture, and made our stay even more memorable. We’re definitely planning to take his offered Lombok tour on our next visit. We also did some excursions through the hotel, such as horseback riding for the sunrise, which I highly recommend! Even though it means waking up early, it’s worth it to ride along the beach with no one else around. We also did a private boat tour, which was amazing! They also organized our boat trips to the Gili Islands and back, and I highly recommend the Einstein Boat for a comfortable and scenic ride. I can’t wait to return one day! :)

This resort was absolutely wonderful! Not only the Beautiful design and comfy beds, but the staff made this stay unique. Peng, Joni, Sopiandi and everyone else were just wonderful hosts! We were able to visit Joni’s Village and spend the day with his family in Lombok! This was the best experience we had. We will definitely return - very family friendly as well with children around - this was very special to us. Thanks to all of you again!
