Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel location is perfect, just 2 minutes walk from the beach by the port of 5 mins walk to the beach to the east where the breakfast restaurant is located. Breakfast was great and very easy when staying at Mango and then walking to the other Scallywags location on the beach. All rooms walk out on to tue pool, which is perfect for a quick dip or for children to play in whilst parents relax! The outdoor bathroom s in each room are stunning. Amazing value for money.

GOOD LOCATION, BIT OF A STROLL TO THE BEACH BUT NOT TOO FAR, GOOD PRIVATE POOL, ONLY A FEW ROOMS IN COMPLEX, QUIET. ROOM FACILITIES WORKED OK,KETTLE, FRIDGE ETC NICE SMALL CLOSED IN COURTYARD OUTSIDE THE ROOM SHOPS, EATERIES AND DOCTOR ALL NEARBY

NO VIEWS, WATER PRESSURE IN OPEN OUTDOOR SHOWER, RECEPTION NOT MANNED DURING DAY, HAVE TO GO TO MAIN ACCOMODATION ON BEACH FOR RECEPTION.

The breakfast is provided as one of the other Scallywag location on the island which is a 10min walk from the accomodation. The breakfast has limited options and not everything was available each day.

The accomodation met our exceptions, the rooms are becoming a little dated compared to other accomodation that we stayed in on Gili Air.

The location of the accommodation was perfect -- central and easy to get to from all over the island. The breakfast at their beach restaurant was the absolute best way to start the day. Highly recommended.

I thought I had booked the rooms advertised in the listing -- but these were full and so I was placed in the motel rooms at the back of the hotel which were not as big or nice. The shower also didnt have much pressure and was impossible to set to a warm temperature.

Great location, nice pool, included breakfast at there sister hotel on the beach.

Wasn’t staffed when we arrived and had to wait for someone to arrive to check in. So make contact with the property to notify of check in time.

I loved the decor, the pool the gardens around the pool , the individual courtyards the staff are very nice and helpful the day beds on the beach. the outdoor bathroom I will be back. I will always stay here.

it was a little below the standard as I remembered pre Covid BUT I do understand you need to get back on your feet. the bottom sheet was to small the fridge was full of water where it had been turned off. The food wasn’t up to the standard I remember

Clean and comfy rooms. Great pool with plenty of shade. Access to beach club loungers on a great stretch of beach. Breakfast was included and really tasty!

Wasn't staffed 24hrs which was an issue when our child was ill during the night and we needed fresh bedding. Otherwise, no complaints at all!

I had low expectations because Scalleywags has a few properties and a beach restaurant on Gili Air but value for money the room was excellent. Spacious, clean, quiet, definitely solid 3-star quality for only 500k a night. I'd for sure stay here again. Having a free beach chair at their beach bar was also a nice perk.

No free bicycles to use. :(
