Great location on Gili Air, right on the southern end just around the corner from turtles. Super close to all restaurants, plus you can literally walk the whole island in about 1-2 hours. Very friendly and helpful staff, they were quick to accomodate anything you needed and were able to give you a good idea of what to pay. Staff were also able to help book any day trips or activities which made it really easy. Bungalow rooms were neat and tidy. We had an issue with our TV and A/C, and when I told the staff, they swapped it out immediately for us! Lagoon pool was so relaxing. The onsite massage was so good, one of the best massages I have had in Indonesia. The resort - while starting to age a little was exactly what I expected to see and was an amazing resort for a small island.

The only thing I could fault with this place that was really minor was the breakfast service was a little hit and miss. Could do with a bit more consistency with the time it took staff to prepare and what comes out.

The Lagoon swimming pool concept 👌. Very good room. All facilities good. Location close to ferry port and restaurants.

The super loud ' doofa ' music from 14.oo 'till midnight and later ie 03.oo on Friday night. Horrible. Totally killed serene atmosphere. Not appropriate to clients. Maybe seeking to break into Gili T scene ie younger people . Otherwise great place to stay.

Beautiful property which needs a little bit more care. Both the pools are just amazing. Nice view to the sea. Big rooms with tropical bathroom nad nice terrace. Aircon very effective. Good location, beach nearby and many dining options. You can rent a bike for 50k per day.

We arrived one day later (the property had been informed) but our room wasn´t ready. Breakfasts are tasty but quite small portion. Staff at the restaurant do not pay almost any attention to the customers, music is extremly loud and waiting for everything is extremely long, fortunately you can choose from many different.

The pools were lovely. The resort was an easy walk to the port and the high street and many restaurants and snorkling areas.

The gardens were a bit overgrown and we had a few issues with the aircons leaking but they did sort it out. It was a shame the pool bar at the main pool was closed but the other bar at the restaurant and 2nd pool was open. There was a lot of construction happening right outside the hotel where they were repairing damage to the sea wall but that was not the fault of the resort. There was no beach directly infront of the hotel

we had a wonderful stay. staff is great, the rooms with individual direct access to the lagoon pool was absolutely perfect. so nice and quiet and calm. the restaurant and the pool at the beach area are very nice. the hotel is in walking distance from the harbour where the boats arrive. 5-10 minutes walk, partly on sand pavement but it was doable. we rented 2 rooms next to each other. airconditioning worked very well. rooms are basic but all that is needed. staff does their utmost to make everything comfortable. we rented bikes directly from the hotel. just around the corner beautiful beach with very nice beachrestaurants with good food. nice place for sunrise. To watch the sunset we walked the other direction for 10 minutes. the main street on the island very nice with some nice restaurants and shops. we walked and biked around the island, which is just 5 km. wonderful stay on Gili Air

The bathroom clean but a little outdated. it was a semi outdoor shower, toilet and washbin. all worked well and was nice and clean but the total a little outdated. needs some fresh paint. other point, we are spoiled and are used to drink good coffee. we believe there is some attention needed at that point. especially as most other guests were west-european during our day, i believe the hotel can win more points if the coffee was better.

The Pool in front of the Bungalows was amazing, clean and always nice to cool down. The Floating breakfast, which came through it, was simply delicious. The Staff fulfilled every wish we had. The romantic dinner the staff helped to organize and the big surprise dinner with fireworks, bottle shows and fire performance was simply amazing, and the surprise hit 100%. It was our Honeymoon timeout which we toke in that place, and we will for sure do it again. You can either walk 5 Minutes from the Harbor, or organize a private speedboat which brings you to the front of the hotel. The staff came to transport our backpacks so we always could enjoy all seconds of the stay. I highly recommend this place for couples or lonely travelers to make the beautiful experience from the Lagoon Resort and the Gili Air Islands.

Very nice spacious villa with direct access to the pool. It was nice to have a fridge. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location with regards to snorkelling, restaurants and the "main street". We saw turtles twice when snorkelling which was a highlight of our trip.

The air conditioning was struggling to keep the villa cool during the day. Luckily there was also a ceiling fan. It was ok in the night when using both. What I disliked was the blasting loud club music that was played pretty much the whole day at the bar/restaurant. It didn't go with the rest of the vibe of the resort which was more chill. We could hear the bass even in our villa which was pretty much as far away as you could get.

We really enjoyed our stay. Most quiet and relaxing. There was an interesting choice of breakfast options and excellent coffee. An enormous swimming pool and sunbeds were located in individual padding pools which had a cooling effect. Excellent location only a few minutes from the ferry port and overlooking the sea.

There are no steps out of the swimming pool which could be difficult for guests with limited mobility. Hope the government repair the storm damage outside the hotel this year. Would be great if there is access to beach in front of the hotel in future.

Excellent location, close to the port (<5 minutes), and many restaurants and cafes on both the east side and Main Street. Very comfortable rooms with a beautiful outdoor shower. The pool in both the front bar and at our own villa was really lovely. The staff were very kind and attentive and arranged everything we requested. Good air conditioning and comfortable beds. We will definitely stay again and would recommend!

Not as many vegetarian/vegan options on the menu at the restaurant but otherwise it was great! And close to many food options anyways.
