Super friendly/helpful staff. Great value for money. Fantastic breakfast, lots of choices, includes a hot beverage & fresh fruit juice. Great pool & clean. Room cleaned everyday. Comfortable private seating area outside your room. Pool towels provided. Mosquito net in the room. Laundry service available for an additional price. Great location to the beach. They also own Zipp Bar right on the beach & for staying at Molah Gili Villa you can get a discount on food.

Would suggest having a water refill station for guests but thats it!

Liked the room, presented well on arrival and cleaned every day. Breakfast choice very nice

No WiFi although there was damage to communication lines on the island. Some paths leading to the villa after rain were flooded

Good location and able to rent bikes from the villa so can easily cycle all over the island in minutes. Watched sunset each night then cycled back in the dark and felt safe. Villa on the sunrise side of the island so able to easily watch sunrise at lovely cafes then come back for a great breakfast! Hosts were super friendly and kind. Felt very comfortable and welcome. Really clean and comfortable room. Lovely pool area and super green and beautiful with all the plants. Everything was perfect.

Nothing that I didn't like but just a really easy swap would be reusable straws for drinks and swapping out the single use plastic pots of butter and jam for little bowls from a larger block/jar. But they do have refillable soap and shampoo dispensers which is great.

The rooms were so lovely and clean. It felt very homely, and we could have happily stayed longer. The pool was lovely. Great location. 5 minutes walk to the main street and two mins to the beach. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We had breakfast on our terrace sofa every morning.

The bathroom taps we getting a bit run down. They also had construction going on throughout our stay from about 8:30-5pm so there were lots of banging and drilling on the roofs. We didn't mind much as we were out all of the day most of the time.

Beautiful clean Bungalows with outdoor hot shower. I loved my balcony with nice view around the area. Very comfortable bed. Ac works good and you have a little fridge. Very friendly people and nice breakfast. It's only 5min walk to the east beach with lots of coral, 10 min walk from the habour. The streets are a bit broken, but that's the everywhere on the island. Great place to eat near by its called "Aura bowls" and they have great Curries, smoothie Bowls and Padthai. veggie or with meat.

The neighbor was burning something every afternoon. So you get smoked when you are there ;) but just try not to be there at this time and it's all good

The rooms was very big and beautiful, air conditioning was working very well, staff were amazing and very helpful, the place was located close to beach and the main street, the pool was clean and the environment was cozy! Definitely would love to come back!

You have to accept that, besides of other guests, there’s a whole family with small kids and their pets living there too. The cats were using the stones around the pool as tray which caused a bad smell around the pool, as it wasn’t removed. Our toilet flush wasn’t working very well, which was very uncomfortable. The staff told us that it could be fixed, but nothing really happened, thus you had to use the water from the shower to flush. But - we would still come back at any time!

We stayed for 3 nights and loved it here. Super close to the port makes ferry arrival / departure easy if you’re with heavy bags. The room was beautiful, super clean and chilled to perfection with AC as needed. Each bungalow had a little terrace to relax on and they have a good communal area to work from if needed. Wifi a little on / off though - but my hot spot was strong to support when down. The owners and staff are super friendly and even greeted us a lovely welcome drink. Pool is so nice to wake up to or come back to after long days in the sea. Highly recommend - super good value for money and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Wi-fi a bit in and out and annoying as i was working remotely but otherwise lovely spot if you’re on Vacay.

The pool and the room were lovely. It was within easy walking distance of the boat and very close to the beach. The staff were great and we enjoyed the breakfast.

The lighting in the room itself was a bit dark. The water from the tap and the shower were salt water but apparently this is a common problem on the island. It meant we couldn’t refill our water bottles in the tap (we use purification tablets so we don’t have to buy bottled water) and had to ask for the staff to fill our bottles. They were happy to do this though. They also use plastic straws so we had to remember to ask for no straw whenever getting a drink.

Rooms were very nice, helpful staff (arranged an incredible snorkeling trip for us with one days notice), very good location and nice breakfast. Really recommend this place!!!

Wifi connection was poor in our room (likely just unlucky) and we were woken up by chickens sometimes during our stay. But if you have earplugs than there are no problems!!

Great location and wonderful staff, the shower head in our room was in need of replacement but in the grand scheme of things it was a minor issue. The whole experience was relaxed and simple which is why we chose to visit Gili Air and were not disappointed, I recommend the Koppi Susu such a lovely find and great coffee shop
