Amazing location just a 5 minute walk from the harbour. Right next to an M Mart and local and foreign restaurants. The staff are extremely welcoming and offer daily cleaning. We also hired bikes for 50k each a day in great condition. We stayed in the balcony room and the wifi was probably the fastest we’ve had in the gili islands!!

The bathroom did have quite a smell before we had even used the bathroom but I think it’s due to the pipes which I can’t really argue with as it’s in a tiny island. You can hear the mosque in the early morning, it didn’t affect me but woke up my friend. But then again, it’s their island and we respect it, just a heads up to light sleepers. Other than that great.

It was all good in this great island. I strongly recommend(wherever you stay) booking upstair rooms if you don't like roaches etc. Because in this island there's no way to escape from them. Staff was helpful all the time.

Idk if it's because it was off-season(march) but the pool filters was off during our stay, we straight went to the beach all the the but obviously this was a minus. If it was on we would use it every once in a while.

I liked the hotel very much. I specifically looked for a multi-story building rather than bungalows because I am afraid of insects. Here, there were no insects or lizards. The room was clean and spacious, with a normal ceiling and good sealing. Clean bed linen and a large comfortable bed. On the second floor, there was no humidity, no unpleasant odors in the room, and things dried very quickly on the balcony. I read reviews complaining about noise, which probably depends on the hotel's occupancy. During our stay, the hotel was half-empty and very quiet and peaceful.

Great location tucked away from Main Street so was quiet. Nice cool pool. Netflix available on TV so you could watch a movie at night. Nice staff who their utmost. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Shower pressure strong. Excellent value for money given accomodation on Gili can be expensive and not really up to scratch

Other guests tend to be noisy as usually young and only stay a day or two. No food or restaurant in hotel but that’s ok as many options only steps away

Comfortable bed, good shower and bathroom. Had streaming services but you had to use a cursor to navigate so couldn’t scroll up and down. Nice cool pool. And staff try their best. Location fantastic just off main road of island with lots of eating and shopping options

Walls are paper thin and you can hear all your neighbours talkin/tv etc. seems to be a noisy little hotel with guests and staff being loud.

The location was really perfect, a few minutes walk from the port with lots of nice places around to eat and shop. An easy walk to the beach for Sunset as well. Staff were all friendly and always said hello. Cleaning was offered every day. Nice pool and the room was modern, well equipped with a very comfy bed. Wifi was really good. Shower always had hot water. They refilled two large glass water containers every day so much better than water bottles. The manager also printed a document for me for free which was really nice

The tv had two remotes but no instructions, the safe was also locked so couldn't use it. However it wasn't a big deal so I didn't ask for help with these. There were some geckos in the room but that's normal for the climate and they do warn you. They mentioned bicycles for rent but when I asked they were broken at the time. Sometimes hard to find someone at the desk. However none of these things were serious and I would still stay here again

Small Lodge, extreme friendly staff! Nice cabins in the middle of the village. From here you are within 10 minutes walk at the beaches at the eastcost, 5 minutes to the port. Restaurants, Cafes and bars are everywhere around but not direct neighbours. We liked it very much for our four days stay!

Would be nice if the water in the pool is a bit cooler, so it would be more refreshing.

We stayed in the bungalow. The room was a good size. The bed and sheets were comfortable. Shower with hot water. Fridge, hairdryer, safe, all available and working. The pool was good and the location is perfect.

The smell coming from the bathroom drain was very strong, as there is no ventilation it was practically impossible for it to come out. They need to find a solution for that.

I've seen this in other reviews but the bathroom flooding when you shower is a pain as it stays flooded so you walk through water if you want the toilet. It's frustrating as it would be so easy to fix with a slightly raised area between the shower and rest of the room.

Great location close to the main road and harbour. The villa rooms are old but still comfortable. Staff are friendly. Great aircon.

Could use a mosquito net for the bed, The villas are old so there’s a few cracks here and there for mosquito’s to find their way in.
