The Villa was very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Fresh fruit and drinks were excellent. Very comfortable bed, the fridge was very cold, great for drinks. The outside area is immaculate and clean. We would definitely return here.

The pathway from the reception to the 4 villas needs paving as it is just a dirt path that gets muddy when it rains. The path is only 30 metres in length. The only other issue is the mosquitos in the villa, but we were given the mosquito spray, which helped.

Nice villa with private pool, in a center of the island, close to everything-shops, restaurants and beach. The closest beach is perfect for swimming and you can even spot the turtles while snorkeling right from the beach. VIlla had everything we needed, cleanliness was spotless, bed comfortable and breakfast delicious. We also booked private snorkeling tour with Villa Marina and it was unforgettable experience! Highly recomended

Really nothing, only "disadvantage" that could not be influenced by hosts was loud prayers from the mosque, especially morning prayer at 5 a.m. which woke us up every day (it lasts for somewhat 30 minutes)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at what I can confidently say is one of the finest properties on Gili Air. From start to finish, our experience was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We had an early departure from the island, and they graciously prepared a delicious breakfast for us ahead of time. The breakfast itself was fantastic, with generous portion sizes that set us up for the day ahead. The villa, pool, and garden are absolutely stunning. The meticulous care and attention to detail from the team are evident in every corner. The pool area, in particular, offers complete privacy, creating a serene and relaxing retreat after a day of swimming and snorkeling. The value for money is excellent, and the welcome drink upon arrival was a lovely touch. This villa is a great place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Gili Air in complete comfort. Highly recommended!

Villa generally very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and worked hard. Plunge pool was a welcome facility.

Random animal droppings falling from the roof onto the bed (likely just part of Indonesian life with a palm frond roof!) breakfast was nice but very basic (again just part of life with available items and facilities on a tiny Indonesian island!) Location of the villa was great in some ways, but was also close to the mosque so we were woken each day around 0430 for morning call to prayer.

Really nice little place. The pool and property were well kept, breakfast on time and very nice every morning. We had a delightful stay. The staff were great and as helpful as they could be. It was wet and rainy most days but didn’t take away from our stay.

The mosk nearby was insanely loud. The house is not insulated so the noise is as loud inside as it is outside. It was Ramadan and so the noise was definitely more than it would usually be and literally at all hours. 3am, 5am, midnight etc etc and my gosh it’s LOUD!! Think mosquito in your ear but with a diesel engine strapped to its back. In summary, no, it’s not their fault about the level of noise or the time, but I’d really suggest insulating the roof and walls to block it out a bit.

Everything was great! We loooove the pool, it is always in a great temperature. The service is impeccable. My spouse has a very sensitive skin and our first room's bed triggers his allergy and they instantly moved us to a different room and we had no problem there. My bike i rented elsewhere was broken TWICE! and they let me use their bike for free. I highly suggest you to just rent their bike instead, reliable and very comfortable. My holiday was amazing and Villa Marina took a huge part in it. Location is amazing, very convenient.

The roof is made of straws and sometimes small bugs might fall from it. For those who have sensitive skin, this could be a problem, but I did not mind it.

The apartment is close to groceries and the harbour but still away from the noise of the street. Everything was in good shape and staff very helpful. Breakfast has choices and it's delivered to the apartment. You're completely private with a high fence surrounding the pool and the apartment. Excellent also with sun chairs, sofa and a "Fatboy" around the pool area.

There was not much hot water for the morning shower. Perhaps it's heated by the sun.

Our stay at Villa Marina was absolutely perfect. Everything was just right for a dream vacation. The staff were incredibly kind and always available, which made us feel truly welcome. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and varied, and the pool was just amazing — clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

A total gem! Such a good location on Gili Air - it's only a ten-minute walk to the west and east coasts. We loved the beaches on the east coast for early morning snorkelling and we loved the west coast for sundowners and dinner. The villa is so comfortable, spacious and the breakfast was really tasty. Lovely hosts, too :).

I loved Villa Marina so much! It’s a really beautiful and comfortable villa with everything you need. Pool is great and location is close to lots of restaurants and not far from the beach, we rented bikes from here too. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was delicious! I hope I can stay again soon :)
