We had the deluxe rooms and deluxe they are! The staff it's beyond friendly with everyone greeting you every single time you walk in or out with a open smile and a "how can i improve your day" type of attitude, the room AMAZING! Was really not expecting to find such a clean comfortable and inviting room that resembles more a 4 star resort that an island hotel. they offer bike rental service and breakfast wich is very tasty. The place it's beautiful, with all the plants surrounding the pool, everything and i mean everything, common areas as well, was super super clean, there's a common fridge for your drinks in the bar by the pool, a reading corner and small bottles of water delivered to your door every day! the laundry service was fast and the clothes came back smeling like pure bliss! Frangipani flowers fall gently to the pool and surroundings but they are all gone before long as the pool is maintained daily and the staff also replaces the pool towels for fresh ones... daily! Did I mention everything they wash smells like heaven! They offer to make your room also everyday so it's your choice really to have it cleaned or not, we didn't bother but they still asked every single morning. The AC works perfectly and it's quiet enough for sleeping, they book tours, rent snorkel equipment and go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and carefree as it can be. All the staff day and night will treat you as you would a good friend if you have a more engaging personality, or, more like a distinguished guest if you are more standoffish. Location is great with minimarket and "orange warung" around the corner for local food. The seaside more touristic food options are just a 5 to 10 min walk away. Same distance to the port so.. really handy.

The beds were probably the most comfy I've slept in in SE Asia! The room is pretty small, but good enough for a few nights and has good aircon and shower. We actually slept really well, the best we have slept in ages. Pool was nice, with 4 sunbeds. Breakfast was really tasty (lovely pancakes), and they provided with water and toothbrush stuff in the room. The people at this hotel were the absolute sweetest too. Sooo nice. Location Is good, right in the middle of a bunch of warungs and restaurants, 10 min walk to the beach and beach bars. A great budget find.

Rooms were a little small, but sufficient and well decorated, with modern touches like blue uplights.. Bathroom was pretty big, shower good and hit, aircon good, and there was cupboards to store backpacks etc.

Great little spot relatively near the harbour in Gili A. Rooms were clean and the beds comfortable and cleaned on request. Bathrooms are gorgeous. Pool was really nice and breakfast good. Staff were incredibly kind including helping me out when I got hurt.

Rooms are very small. Fine for a solo traveller but would be a struggle for two. Aircon wasn't quite strong enough to keep the room cool during the day. There were a few problems with water supply, but the staff worked hard to fix this and it was usually resolved quickly.

A lovely little home stay in Gili Air. I stayed in a deluxe room which was spacious & very comfortable with a nice tiled balcony area. There was a good pressure hot shower in the bathroom. Cleaning always offered & super clean towels changed regularly if you wanted. I didn’t use it but there’s a smallish but nice pool in the middle of the courtyard with sun lounges & shades. Bikes for hire if required. All the staff at Sari Gili are really helpful & friendly, always smiling! And it’s not too far to get to some great cafes (Warungs) for local & European food.

The constant daily construction noise from the next door property was not relaxing for someone on holiday but this seems to be happening in many places on the island, sadly, not just this one!

The room was spacious and comfortable. It was mostly clean. The staff were really excellent, the day we arrived my boyfriend had dislocated his shoulder and they took our bags in and helped us with transport to the hospital in Lombok. They waited up all night for us to arrive back and check us into our room, which I believe they upgraded for us. The following days they always checked in to see how he was doing and were so kind and friendly and made a lovely breakfast. The pool areas was lovely and relaxing.

There was some construction works which was loud and disruptive but cannot be helped.

Really enjoyable stay at Sari Bungalows! My bungalow was small and basic but had everything I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept very well. Plenty of storage space for bags and belongings too. The bathroom is spacious, and the shower was so powerful. I loved it! There are some lovely restaurants and bars within walking distance too, with some less than a 5 min walk away. It would take ~10 mins to get to the west side of the island for some sunset cocktails by the beach. The staff are very kind and friendly, particularly want to shout out Mr Anjay and Mr John! They also helped me to rent a bicycle and book onto a snorkel tour - both at a very reasonable price. Would happily return if visiting Gili Air again.

Room is a little dated and could benefit from a minor refurbishment to touch up paintwork. There was also a limited amount of sun beds by the pool considering the amount of bungalows on site.

This was a great little place to stay, close to the harbour, just a 5 minute walk and close to centre for shops and restaurants. Lovely pool with loungers and towels provided. Room was compact but good storage space. Great AC. Spacious, bright bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Room cleaned daily. Kettle in room with tea and coffee facilities and bottles of water. Very friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast with flexible times. Bicycle hire for 80000IDR daily makes it great to get around but easily walkable island. Would definitely return. Amazing value for money.

Size of room may be an issue for some. Perfect for solo travellers though. Near mosque for regular noise,but common for large part of island. Left AC on at night and helps reduce noise at 4.30am

The bed was very comfortable, bed linen and towels were very fluffy and smelled good. The The bungalow had a kettle, coffee and tea was available also got 2 small bottles of water every day. The bathroom was spacious and had shower gel and shampoo. There was a swiming pool and sunbed's with towels. You could sit just outside the bungalow were there was cusions pads. The breakfast was simple but tasty with coffee/tea, fresh fruit and pankakes/eggs and toast. The location was very good to reach all places by foot or you could rent a bicicle in the reception.

I personaly can't say anything. Some people probably would say the lack of windows can be a issue for me was wonderfull because I need darkness to sleep.

Best staff I've ever met. So polite, kind, helpful, careful, lovely and friendly. They were for sure one of the best aspect of the property. Impeccable cleanliness. Room, bathroom, bed sheets were smelling so good and brought a good and peaceful sensation. Bathroom was super clean and smelled so good. Swimming pool was amazing, well-maintained and clean. Wi-Fi connection in a good speed and worked all over the property.

Room was very small, but considering all the other factors it became a small detail.

Great location, good aircon, comfortable bed and great bathroom and shower. Everything you need really! Friendly staff. Pool looks nice but didn't use it. Room is very small but there are shelves to keep your stuff so is efficient use of space.

Breakfast is very small. 1 slice of toast with omelette is miserable. A free water refill instead of charging for plastic water bottles would be better. Laundry, bikes, snorkel more expensive than other places. Building work going on so bring earplugs
