Good price for 3 nights, clean room and tasty breakfast. The room was cleaned everyday while i was staying there.

The room service only open until 9 pm, and they close order at 8.30 pm, quite a bummer if you arrive late at night and expecting some room service. Wish they could extend it to 10 pm.

The staffs are very nice person, they try their best to help me,like book the taxi.And the restaurant Indonesia food is very delicious.

When I stayed there, because it had a few students group, so the hotel become very busy, especially when I tried to sleep on the bed, I could hear these people talking,laughing.The breakfast provide more western food ,it will be better.

We really loved our stay in Amaris Darmo, the location is very good and easy to reach anywhere in Surabaya. It is in the quite neighborhood but easy to find nearby restaurants or warung even until midnight. Breakfast is super and bed is also comfy. For the price we paid, we got more , totally worth it.

Dinner was supposed to be provided upon request l, but when I asked the receptionist told me the staff had gone home earlier that day. Unfortunately around the area there is no much to explore, especially on foot, same if you need to eat

Every time I am in Surabaya I stay at this hotel. My room was in good shape and clean. Nice warm shower. The aircon worked well. They serve a nice local Indonesian breakfast with many choices. Great value for money!

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast were very nice. Love the location, located in the center of Surabaya, but the streets in front the hotel were not to busy, so it's still comfortable enough.

Bed sheets needa to be replaced. There's some stains.

Staff members were friendly. Location is good. Breakfast was decent.

The bedsheets/blanket had stains and didn't smell good. The bathroom didn't drain properly and pooled, so it was slippery. I am disabled, so it felt unsafe.

The best part is the central location. Staff was super helpful and courteous, they even helped us in booking local taxis. Zahudi at the front desk was exceptionally efficient.

Choice of food at the restaurant was somewhat limited.
