The security were professional. The staff and front line management were organised and allowed everything to work as clockwise. Novita and Mulayadi are great in their role as all the others were able to perform their duties with professionalism as well as tender loving care. They are passionate in their job and when their is the passion excellence is delivered. I hope to one day return and they can be like family. Lovely big bed and good bathroom. Wi-Fi was fine. Breakfast very good- eggs cooked to order. Excellent location as close to some very nice restaurants

Gym equipment needed updating - most of it was broken We were given a ‘free upgrade’ which in reality was the hotel moving us to a full corridor most likely to make cleaning easier. We were put next to a noisy family (adjoining room) and soundproofing wasn’t great

The hotel rooms are pretty comfortable and thanks to the big windows you can enjoy the view over the city. The first day we had a problem with the AC properly and the staff promptly changed our room to another one with a functioning AC. The breakfast buffet is quite varied and the offer comprises local dishes. We also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant and the dishes were very tasty.

Clean hotel, good and inexpensive restaurant, and good spread for the buffet breakfast. The pool is decent for the kids. Within walking distance of a few restaurants and a bunch of ATM's, for anything else you need to use Grab.

the location is easy to reach, the staff is helpful, clean room, refill water because you can tap anytime without calling the staff, good value for money, you can try the massage also

i got room with connecting door, and the neighbour was too crowd i could heard their voices. if it possible for adding room silencer, it would be good the parking area is small, but that’s okay there is vallet service that can help for searching parking for your car.
