staff is friendly especially housekeeping and security, NOVEN was the one who clean my room after the second day i stay there he know what stuff i want without asking me 😂 and to the security i don't know his name he willing to lend his helmet for us..so thank you so much, will definitely come back to stay here🤩

Having to log into WiFi every time. It seems like a usual thing in Indonesia. Would have been great if that restriction wasn’t there

I had a suite, after a week in the remote villages and nature hiking im middle Java, I welcomed the comfort of a suite, a good shower, very comfortable bed and space. The food was good, the view of the terrace was unbeatable. The people working there were very friendly and helpfull.

If I have to mention one things its the noise of the traffic, the windows were thin glass, but thats the only thing I can think of, I will not hesitate to stay there for a second time when I am in Surabaya.

Easy access to indomaret (beside the hotel), kfc (opposite the hotel) and grab. The staff were helpful.

The aircond in our rooms (big rooms) does not working well, it is quite hot in the rooms. We sleep without using the comforter. The aircond need to service by the technician

The staff really help in solving our problems

We stay 3 nights there, but at that time we arrive n did late check in, the staff told us that the non smoking room was full n they gave us the smooking room. We can not sleep at that time n ask for moving to non smooking room at the 2nd n 3rd day.

Great layover before leaving for the train. Station nearby. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Tea and coffee facilities. Water provided Helpful staff brought luggage to our room

We chose a smoking room, I didn’t realise this meant smoking inside of the room, so room smelt of smoke initially but cleared once air con started.

Friendly staff, good price, wee bit far from main areas, but staff quite happy to phone taxis, thanks to Miss Nureal. Probably about 15 mins in taxi around 20,000 rupiah to Tunjungan Plaza, so not too bad. Rooms a decent enough size, So all in all not too bad.

Convenient location in the city. Price is reasonable. The restaurant is convenient. Customer service was ok. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Hotel is not in a walkable area. Service seems a bit slow.

Excellent place to stay at, big, clean, and spacious rooms, quick and easy check-in, free luggage storage, will definetely stay again if ill visit surabaya in the future

Worth it. The property are very clean and all the staff are so kind. Great inside and outside! Definitely gonna be my fav place to stay when I go to Surabaya again. Thank you 🙏🏻
