The hotel is located right in the city center, within walking distance of many great places, restaurants, and shops. To our surprise, we even found pedestrian crossings and traffic lights designed for walkers — something quite rare in this country! The breakfast is excellent, offering a wide variety of choices. Every morning, there were new dishes added, and even after staying for four nights, I still couldn’t try everything. The room was clean, very spacious, and came with a wonderful view. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit — 100%!

Soundproofing wasn’t great — I could hear some noises at night that woke me up.

Service is very good, The staff is so friendly and helpfull. The quality of the food is excellent and so many choices and variation. Also the location is perfect: you can walk to the mall and in the evening there is enough to do in surrounding.

A minor thing... you can only sit at the swimmingpool. No possibility for lying down and in my opinion it could be more decorated to invite People to come there. For example to order a drink it had to take from restaurant/bar somewhere else in hotel. Or put some relaxing music at the Poolside.

Staff like Clara and team were attentive (she remembered our rom number at breakfast!), entire team including the security guard were hospitable - security guard helped us to cross the busy road with his whistle; we appreciated the 3 times a day free hotel shuttle to the nearby (but busy road to walk) Tunjungan Plaza at specified times (to let hotel know 15 min before) and a WhatsApp number to contact if return shuttle was required. Easy communications using this app to contact the hotel and my family enjoyed their stay - there was a small juice dispenser in the lobby in the evenings for guests.

We stayed in this hotel before and after going for volcano tour. We booked a family room which was really extensive about 70 m2 of the area with a large sitting room and bathroom. The food offered for the breakfast represented so many options from various kitchens that it would be difficult to taste many of them. The panorama view from the restaurant is spectacular. The staff was extremely kind and helpful when we were obliged to rearrange our stay. The hotel is well located with access to many eating options and commercial centres.

The breakfast buffet was bountiful. Location was central and accessible to many places. Tunjungan is a very metropolitan area so there were many eating options of various price range (street market to high end restaurants).

The lifts are always congested. Factor in waiting time if you’re in a rush. The spa is hard to book as the staff won’t take prior reservations except on the day itself - even then, they claim they’re fully booked while the rooms are evidently empty!

Excellent hotel, extremely well maintained and with all imaginable services (outdoor pool, gym, restaurant, rooftop terrace, spa center, laundry service...). The staff we have met is really nice and have helped us in every way they could (and always with a smile!). We found the restaurant very good and with a lot of variety, and it is also open late, which is always useful. The breakfast buffet is frankly spectacular and very varied. We can say little about the location because we have not walked through the area.

Staff, facilities, hot tub, sauna, steam room, views, bed, cleaning, quiet, so many happy faces all around, they make you feel like royalty. The very best croissants and pastries I have ever had in Asia. The pastry chefs are amazing!

Cold food cooked food for breakfast. Coffee for breakfast was some of the worst I have ever had in my life! Indonesia is known for it's great coffee. There is no excuse to serve mud water. Come on. Even the coffee was luke warm. Keep the food in the serving trays hot! There were no efforts made to keep food warm. Cold Sausages, chicken, cold everything. I stuck to what I could eat that would not upset my stomach.

The hotel has valet parking so you just pull up and give them your keys. The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet had everything you could want plus popcorn and ice cream. The elevators were quick to come. There are multiple restaurants and a huge mall on the same street.

The bed was hard giving me a sore back. The bed is just 2 singles pushed together leaving a crease in the middle.
