The location is great. It’s within walking distance of the big Tunjungan Mall, where you can find almost everything. You can use the pedestrian overpass right in front of the hotel, which even has an elevator. It is very convenient if you’re bringing a baby stroller like we did. I’m not sure if it’s safe to use very late at night, but when we got back to the hotel around 8:30 pm, it was still fine. The breakfast had a nice variety of food. Before our arrival, we also received a WhatsApp message asking about our arrival time, and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay.

When we arrived, we found the bathroom a bit flooded because the tap on the sink hadn’t been closed properly. Since we arrived later in the afternoon and had another appointment to catch, we asked if a new room could be prepared. Unfortunately, no other rooms were available at the time, so it took a little while for the bathroom to be cleaned.

We arranged with the hotel a pick-up from the airport. Pick-up was very convenient and the driver was very friendly. We had a nice conversation during the whole ride to the hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel we were greeted by once again very friendly staff and manager and had a short conversation. Check-in went smoothly. Our baggage was handled by staff and brought to the room. Joint rooms were arranged for our stay and the rooms itself were spacious and clean. Breakfast was amazing with a variety of Indonesian and Western food. Special compliments / thanks to hotel staff member named Fery who helped and welcomed us greatly during our stay and we were able to have multiple great conversations with. The hotel is conveniently located next to Tunjungan Plaza for if you like shopping (we did ;)). Arranging a taxi (Grab) is easy as taxi's can drive up to the lobby. The hotel has a small gym and pool facilities which are great to use during stay.

The front desk personnel were helpful, excellent to deal with and spoke English. I arrived early and used their baggage storage prior to the 2pm check in. I was pleasantly surprised to be assigned a room located on the top 17th floor with an amazing view of the city. Being so high up also meant that the room was very quiet with no street noise. The enormous Tunjungan Plaza shopping center with a food court and Hero Supermarket is conveniently located across the street and is a 5 minute walk away using the pedestrian bridge located in front of the hotel. Security was excellent with a 24 hour front desk, key card access for both the elevator and room and a safe provided within the room. The room was exactly as depicted in the photos and larger than expected. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The AC unit kept the room nice and cool. The room was spotlessly clean including the bathroom. The shower water was strong and had consistent hot water with shampoo, body wash and toiletries provided. The wi-fi was also fast and consistent. Bottled drinking water, coffee, tea, and sugar packets were provided and replenished if used daily during room cleaning. The mini fridge kept the drinking water cool. I did not eat any meals at the hotel. I found my overall experience to be exceptional and would recommend anyone to stay here when visiting Surabaya.

The hotel staff (from the concierge, restaurant staff, cleaners and receptionists) were extremely friendly! The receptionist, Fery F., was thoughtful enough to provide a free room upgrade froma Twin Bed Deluxe to Queen Deluxe with Window View towards the City as the initial room choice was on a smoking floor. The facilities is modern and clean, with a decent breakfast buffet spread of Indonesian and International cuisines. Hotel was also a 3-minutes walk to Tanjungan Plaza which is very convenient.

The mini-chiller which was supposed to maintain temperatures between 17-19 degree celsius was not even working. The coca cola was not even chilled (i.e.m room temperature). But this may be an individual , isolated case of a faulty appliance.

The hotel location is super exceptional. Near to Tunjungan Plaza and walking distance to Hotel Majapahit and the Tunjungan streets. The bed is thick and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The room service is also 24hr. Recommended!

The shower head isn’t working properly. The water pressure was quite low. And the lobby is a bit warm.

The hotel is conveniently located opposite Tunjungan Mall, just a short walk across the overhead bridge. It is also within walking distance of Alun Alun Surabaya. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

I personally favor the traditional style of faucets in restrooms over the contemporary ones, particularly after using the restroom for a number two.

Staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. Really appreciate the communication and efforts made by the hotel to provide us with the connecting rooms requested beforehand. The rooms were spacious, modern, clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great with a wide range. Location is excellent, being close to some tourist hotspots and malls.

Nothing much to complain about the hotel. I wished the gym was bigger and better equipped but we didn't really had the opportunity to use it much, regardless.

The hotel's location is conveniently across from Tunjungan Plaza, offering excellent value. The friendly and accommodating staff enhance the experience. Its proximity to Tunjungan's nightlife is also convenient, and I have enjoyed previous stays there.

There is nothing to dislike.

Spacious and pleasant room with plenty of natural light! Kind and diligent staff. Comfortable bed and useful desk. Nice shower. Wide variety of options for breakfast. We didn't stay long so we couldn't enjoy the pool.

We would like to have better coffee and tea options. Fridge in the room not properly working.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. On checking in, I suddenly realised that I forgot to cancel 2 other rooms due to some family members who couldn't make it but the staff with a smile, assured me that he would help me out. And indeed he did. I was not penalised.
