It is now our go to hotel every time we visit Surabaya. The location is amazing and the facilities are good for what you Clean room. Also special highlight for the housekeeping staff who always very friendly. Great view if you stay in the higher floor.
Small room and bathroom, but I think it's fair with the price the ask.

Good wifi connection, clean bathroom, good room view ( I get a city view from the 9th floor), double bed very comfortable. This place is ideal for solo travel or short business.
The room doesn't have comfort side for work (the chair and work table) and I think the room's design little bit oldies. Maybe the management can redesign the room. I don't like the lighting, the room doesn't have enough light so a little bit dark when evening comes up.

The service that provided was excellent. Variety of TV channel & we enjoyed to see Korean movie while resting. Near to shopping spot.

Located at Surabaya city centre. Few mins walk to Tunjungan Mall, McDonald, etc. Quick check in.
The light in the room abit dark.

Breakfast was good and the kocation is just perfect, nearby convenience stores, Ranch Market and Tunjungan Plaza mall. The staff were polite and helpful.
The room size is a bit small and the clean towels were a bit damp.

The staff very polite, clean room and the location also perfect near city center (Tunjungan)
Need more space to car parking. But the hotel provide valet service and quite helpful.
