Centrally located, friendly and helpful staff. This was lovely choice to spend some downtime between travels, with AC, television and WiFi working well. Excellent blackout curtains too, I might add. Walkable to nearby shopping malls.

The bathroom was clean enough however could do with some work; there was mould visible in the bathroom grout in the shower and a fair amount of discolouration around the sink. Nothing major, but not quite the 4-star standard it purports to be. Note additionally that there’s a 200k rp deposit that is paid (and later returned) during check in and check out.

Spacious rooms and terrific staff. We did have an issue with the breakfast one morning but the manager was very prompt to address the issue. He repeatedly apologized and offered to upgrade our room, which was to a lovely suite! The staff even offered to bring breakfast up to our room the next day!

The A/C in the rooms was not very strong. It was enough to keep it from being extremely warm based on the temperature outside, but would not cool to the shown temperature.

This hotel is the most luxurous place I have stayed in! I booked our room in the last moment so we did not expect anything special. The hotel is very high so you can get a good view of Surabaya from your room. Plenty of food to choose from for breakfast. Good location-10-15mins away on foot is located the biggest mall in Surabaya where you can find plenty of things and cheap food. The price of the room was perfect-its cheap.

Three fast lifts to connect the different floors. Exceptionally polite and attentive staff. Live music on some evenings. Located close to a main shopping centre.

The location, the spaciousness of the room, the hospitality if the staff and various foods of Nusantara,they re all delicious ! Nearby the hotel there s a supermarket,easy to be reached by walkin and there s also Tugu Bambu Runcing as one of the city landmark.

Prime location, clean room, delicious breakfast and friendly staffs. The hotel provided us with baby cot which was in a great size for my 18mo daughter

Few stains in the cot mattress, and the bedding linens, but i’m sure it was clean just not properly removed. no hairdryer in the bathroom

Clean, comfortable and spacious for an affordable price! The staff was also helpful and polite during my check-in process. It was a good experience with Aria Surabaya :)

My hotel booking through booking.com did not captured by the hotel and I have to wait for them to handle the issue but I guess this is not a regular case. Luckily, there's still available room for me to slot in. There's no in-room iron as they provide the laundry and iron service but it takes time and we wouldn't prefer to pay just for ironing a scarf / t-shirt :(

Room were clean and spacious. The location near to city center, you can go to some of the city attraction by foot if you prefer.

No swimming pool. There was only 1 spa therapist, and she only willing to handle 1 customer at the time we want to book the service.

The location was great. Close to lots of places that we wanted to visit. Value for money and allow us to check in early.

Breakfast options were not too many. Lots of the bread options were not fresh. Need improvement with the menu.

Nice and clean, close to city center but located at a quite street. The staffs are very friendly.

There are not many restaurant options and convenient stores nearby. Need to walk to main streets.
