Breakfast is good enough. Location is the best for you who need stay in the center of Surabaya. Room is clean but I think they need to upgrade the sheets.

The location is excelent and breakfast is ok during pandemic situation.

Got upgraded into a bigger suite than the one we booked. the room was nice, breakfast was nice, check in and check out smooth. overall a nice experience

the room was a bit stuffy and humid, kinda dusty and smelled a bit moldy. the bedsheet seems like it hasnt been changed. the TV got no signal.

- Exceptional value for money: 100k per night per room for a very spacious room. - Staff's service was great: we had air conditioner issues in one of the room we booked and the staff assist us well by immediately change the room.

- Some facilities need replacement: toilet seat are yellow-ish (due to time), some black marks start to form in the toilet's ceiling, the sofa's cushion looks very old. - Cleanliness can be improved: during check-out we found hotel's sandals under the bed, which probably left uncleaned after previous guest. - There's some weird smell coming from the lobby (sort of wet, undried towels)

Staff service is excellent

shower head cant firmly installed and lighting in shower room dan bed room not bright and seems gloomy. Plants at parking area has been left without maintenance and parking area is dirty..

Got problem with wifi and also aircon. They gave me other room, but i wasnt feel clean enough. It is an old hotel, but for 4 stars hotel stains in many places are not good.

The breakfast menu is great. It has a sofa in the room.

We found a dead cockroach under the table.
