The hotel is centrally located at the heart of Surabaya city. It’s near to everything. My room was big and spacious.

While the setup of the room is good, the room needs serious upgrading and thorough cleaning. The carpets are stained or damaged and need to be replaced. The curtains are dirty. And found bits and pieces of rubbish under the curtains and side of the glass at the tea and coffee area (was still there even after I asked to have my room made up while I was out for the day). These things if done would improve the level of comfort and cleanliness for the next guests. If improvements take place I would be glad to stay again. Otherwise, I would only stay for the location.

Nice breakfast and dinner buffet 2. Good service and many receptionists to handle check in 3. Swimming pool is included and so big , I quite like it

The water isn’t soo hot to me cause I like hot bath , but I understand cause the weather here is quite hot

Spacious comfy rooms. Good location opposite a lovely mall. Nice to have a kettle and a fridge in the room.

Carpets were a bit dirty. Need a refresh in the lounge area in the suite, not so inviting! Swimming pool is used by a children's swimming club so it's not really a hotel pool at all!

Great location next to a Shopping Mall so plenty of food option and also there is supermarket, the breakfast was excellent and the room was great value for money and clean, I booked two night stayed three, pool & gym free to use the pool is 50m long and also there is a small pool for children Thanks to the staff they were excellent

Minor points Shower and toilet needs a deep clean The pool & gym is not in the hotel it’s in another building about 20m away it is badly sign posted The pool is clean but the surrounding area needs some TLC

Room is clean - bed was nice and comfy Shower is warm Staff are friendly and let us check out a bit later after seeing mount bromo

furniture is old/dated, wouldn't have wanted to sit on the sofa etc but bed is clean and nice which is main thing Skirting boards could do with a hoover as dirty but this is minor

Breakfast was pretty good. It was very busy because of the holidays, so some items ran out very quickly.

Flooring in bedroom was in bad state, needs replacing.But to be fair for the price of the suite and including buffet breakfast we think it was very good value.

- the room is spacious - big bathroom - attentive reservation team & Restaurant host - fast check in and check out - breakfast variety were good

- room need maintenance, especially the hotel carpet in the room and in the hallway - the towel need to be upgrade, do not used ragged towel anymore - restaurant space is limited, even though there is a coffee shop in the lobby to be used for breakfast. - no bathtub in the room

Good location close to the train station and next to a shopping center We got a nice upgrade to a suite for our honeymoon celebration

Breakfast was poor, hardly European items The hotel & rooms are impeccable clean but it all looks a bit worn Pool & fitness are really outdated

It was a nice, big room. The hotel is great located, close to the train station and next to a big mall. The breakfast was really good.

We had to wait a little bit longer before we could check-in in our room. There was a strange, bad smell in the room and hallway.

Its an old hotel, but clean. The staff are accommodating and kind. Its located in the city center, next to Delta Plaza. Will be convenient for business stay that needs to move around the city. There is a cute cafe and little eateries in front of the hotel.

There are 4 elevators, but only 2 are operating. Might be a concern in peak season. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay.
