Location is in the center of Surabaya. Easy access for public transportation. Just 5 minutes walk to TP Mall and also very near to Tunjungan street for night sightseeing. Staff was nice. Efficient process for check in-out. Wifi also perfect.

Unfortunately, my room was no window. For support the environmental, the hotel no longer provided bottled water in the room. It replaced with free water dispenser in the corridor. The policy is totally understood. However, I still pretty unsure with hygiene of the glassware. That's why I prefer to buy my own water in the convenience store just beside the hotel building.

The location is superb, walkable from tunjungan Plaza. As well as inside the mall. Not sure what mall was that, but pretty handy for those who love the city vibes and culinary option. Saw those skyscraper from the front of hotel, but not from the room due to no window at all. Refill waters are free in corridor. Amenities is fine. Quite small room but comfort. Staffs are excellent also helpful

The hotel is located strategically in the middle of Surabaya. You can easily walk to nearby malls, cafes and restaurants, and also it's easy to ride public transportation such as bus, taxi or you can just hire Grab Car through your phone. The hotel staff are very responsive and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and they provided a few necessities like shampoo/body wash, free toothbrush & toothpaste, slippers, towels, water jug for you to fill from the water dispenser in the hallway, free coffee and tea. The shower worked very well and TV channels provided different options to watch. The hotel also had a strong wifi signal which was very helpful since the simcard that I bought somehow didn't work. (If you happen to read this, from other countries, and want to buy any Indonesian number, please buy INDOSAT, that line worked very well compared to the rest).

They provided a bottle of mineral water in the room but you have to pay for it. I personally don't think it was necessary since they already provided the jug.

The location is superb, close by to many restaurants, there is a convenience store right below the hotel, restaurants are on the lobby floor, you can walk to Mc D, KFC in 5 minutes, and go shopping at the huge Tunggungan Plaza nearby too.

The pillow is in bad shape, they should change it! The white towels are no longer white even though it is clean. For breakfast at the restaurant, they put on the music too loud, I have to keep telling them every day to tune it down as the music is not suitable for early morning.

Location is at the city center, near my planned activities. First floor is a food court, and there's a minimarket at the basement (also has doors to the front parking lawn). Two things I really needed when arriving and exhausted. I didn't have to leave the premise to buy over-the-counter medicines, some snacks, mineral water, and take-away dinner. Room was clean. Bed was comfy and clean. Towels were clean. Portable hangers to hang my clothes. Hotel sandals were provided. Hotel reception is on the third floor. I could store my luggage for a few hours after checking out and it also has unisex toilets. Lifts are available, but might be busy with external guests going up/down to the top floor meeting/wedding venue. Hand wash basin with running clean water was available by the building entrance door. Temperature check when it's not busy. Almost everyone were wearing masks, except the food court customers when eating.

The room doesn't have any windows. I survived, although often having to check the time and weather because in your mind it's always evening time. No free in-room mineral water, but there's a water gallon dispenser on the corridor outside the room. I wouldn't bother, I didn't want to keep having to refill the jug. I bought my own mineral water from the minimarket downstairs. No hairdryer, no face tissues. From inside the room, I could still hear voices from the corridor. Luckily just once a while, other guests weren't too loud. Enough space to lay a cabin size luggage but not larger.

Great location, nice hotel. Big food court for breakfast and dinner. Also coffee and juice bar and a supermarket on the lowest floor next to parking lot. Staff was very nice, we got a free upgrade to a room with windows so we could enjoy the view over the city. Rooms spacious and clean. Also, try the spa. The pitjit (massage) was amazing.

Location is great. A short walk to malls and Chinatown. There’re cafes just opposite the hotel and also in the hotel itself. And a nice restaurant with a live band at night. Price is also reasonable for the location. The room I was in has no windows but who cares since I’m there to sleep only.

Being close to Tunjungan Plaza is just not good enough. It should be a close walking distance without the need for crossing roads, or overhead bridges, or needing a taxi. And favehotel fits the bill!

The wifi is good. The room is modern design.The water heater is good. We can refill our drink water. They have dispenser. Near Tunjungan Plaza, only walk 10 minutes. Next to mini market. Value to money. Car park is ok.

The floor is not really clean. The room is a bit small. The shower door only half, not full. The parking only free for 1 times, the rest we have to pay.

The aircond wasn't function at first. We had a warm room throughout the night. Phew. So hot. However, in the morning we complained to them, they fixed it fast and it was back in action well! Thank you!
