The hotel location is superb as it is linked to the Tunjungan Plaza. Check-in was a breeze and the front desk were able to provide the rooms close to one another and also the request for the connecting rooms. The service at the breakfast Bromo Cafe was excellent. The staff was very kind to prepare gado-gado and pisang goreng which my sister requested as it was not among the buffet spread.

The pillows were too soft, more firm pillow preferred. The rain shower pressure was low and you may feel less satisfied taking the shower.

I loved being welcomed by a wonderful check in person. I loved the room. I loved the view from the room. I loved the super comfy big bed. I loved the spaciousness of the room. I loved the huge shower head in the shower. I loved the bathroom supplies. I loved the restaurant for our meal. I loved the buffet breakfast that was included. I loved the peacefulness of the Koi pond near the restaurant.

I didn't like that I couldn't stay longer. What a wonderful property.

Extremely attentive and polite staff, hotel is very well maintained and the rooms/bedding/bathrooms are of a high standard. The food is of a high & reliable standard. The club lounge offers good hospitality and is fair value within the cost of a club room.

The very loud and continuous banging during the day as club rooms are refurbished. The considerable disturbance that this causes should be recognised by the hotel management and some form of token compensation or even apology offered to guests. There are insufficient power sockets in the room, particularly needed both sides of the bed for charging phones, iPads etc. Some usb charging sockets would also be useful.

The hospitality staff are excellent in catering to the needs of guests. Special mention must be made to staff at the Club Lounge & Bromo Kafe. Chef Fitri went beyond to extend her services to us. Alfandy, Wanda, Rika, Jojok and the rest of the team really made us feel special. At the Club, Alfian, Pak Wisnu, Pak Arif and team also made us feel like Sheraton.Surabaya is our 2nd home. Truly five stars in service.

Very nice breakfast and excellent service from the hotel staff. Big thanks to Fitri and Ahmed Sico for making some specific foods outside buffet breakfast. Location wise this is the best hotel in Surabaya. Big shopping centre next to the hotel and lots of food and shopping options. Reception people were wonderful and allowed me early check in and late check out. It's a very good hotel.

Would be nice to have a Tour Desk- where travellers can book tours to various attractions, locations etc.

The staff were all very friendly and quick to assist us.

One of the shower stalls was leaking, flooding the entire bathroom after being used. The maintenance was quick to help but their temporary solution didn't improve our situation by much. We rent a car during our stay, and the parking was a nightmare. There wasn't a special assistance for hotel guests so we needed to fight for a space in the mall parking lot. This was horrendous. The rooms, though spacey, were old and run down. The gym was in a very bad shape. The equipments were old and some of them were broken.

In many ways a standard business hotel, located within a big shopping mall property. Functional rooms, size of gym and pool area are above my expectations.

I would avoid the apartments, branded as non-renovated; they shouldn’t be marketed anymore.

Location is good, spacious room

No handheld shower at my room type. only available at the other room type which requires an upgrade. Just a personal preference but I don’t like only having fixed head ceiling shower.
