The hotel is really nice, the bedrooms are super comfortable and clean, and the beautiful view of the forest in front is just amazing. The swimming pool is also great and it has a very nice view of nature. Also, the food they offer is really delicious at affordable prices. The traditional Balinese floating breakfast is just spectacular! It was a whole experience to have it while enjoying the sounds of nature. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they even help us arrange private transportation to another location in Bali.

It is a bit far from Ubud but I still liked the quiet location. Also, when I was there, I saw they have a wild eagle inside a cage. The owner told me they were trying to help it cause it has a broken wing, so they will release it once it is recovered. I really hope this is true because having an eagle inside a cage should not be permitted unless they want to give it to the wildlife authority for its proper recovery and release into its natural habitat. Also, they have a dog inside a cage as well, so I also hope they do let the dog free to run and have a normal dog life.

The location was perfect - fully immersed in an authentic Balinese village, perfect. Easy to get to waterfalls, temples galore,coffee plantations and local markets - go early or you’ll miss all the action and wonderful fresh fruit and veg. The Guest House - is very traditional with the family quarters at the front giving you a full experience of a Hindu family residence. As you meander through you are exposed to Balinese paradise, which goes on and on. The buildings, the infinity pool and jungle are stunning and it’s beauty beyond belief. The accommodation itself was top class, the room was spacious, scrupulously clean and beautifully presented. The bathroom had a slight outside feel to it although fully covered. The breakfast’s were delicious and freshly cooked the day and evening menu were also mouth watering & freshly cooked. The staff - Nyoman and his family and all the staff made us feel so welcome and by the end of our week we felt part of the family. We used a day driver and hired scooters to get about. The guest driver, Wayan was the loveliest man, he tendered a whole day experience for us

It’s a paradise for those seeking to escape the vibrant city and reconnect with nature - and with themselves. The place perfectly blends Balinese traditions with the beauty of the nature. I loved that the accommodation wasn’t deep in the jungle, but right next to it, which made me feel safe as a solo traveler. The property is very well maintained, especially the gardens - thanks to the care and attention of the owner. By the way, the owner is very welcoming and always open to interesting discussions.

The only little concern - was the morning noise from the kitchen, as my main intention was to enjoy the silence.

Beautiful place, kind and helpful staff and amazing value for money! Stay here!!! Our stay was beautiful start to finish the staff went above and beyond in every single aspect. You are able to choose where to have your breakfast which was absolutely delicious! I was worried about getting Bali belly in Indonesia but we ate and drank at this hotel all week and were absolutely fine. The staff were so conscious that as tourists we cannot drink the water and brought us bottled water with every meal and to our room. Pool is divine and whole place was so quiet the whole time with sounds of the jungle. I would only ever leave an honest review and can honestly say one of our favourite places we have ever stayed. Super close to huge waterfall and you can hire scooters at the hotel if you’re feeling brave! The WiFi was better than our wifi at home lol so perfect for people who are working too which my husband was. My partner had a massage here which he absolutely loved and we also did the floating breakfast one day which was incredible too. THANKS for an incredible stay guys bless you all.

Such a quiet and beautiful place with very nice and kind staff! Just amazing! Jungle view at the terace for breakfast, very delicious dinner and different breakfast options, laundry service, help with any recommendations or needs such as private driver. Room service and water every day. 30 min to ubud, 5 min to tengalalang,10 min to tirta empul tempel.

The pool is colder than expected, but it's a nice refreshment. We had the smallest bungalow with only 15 qm, which was quiet tiny for 2 adults and 1 baby. But we got the option then to move to the bigger one the next day. They are really beautiful and have enough space.

The hotel is built with a fantastic taste. It gave us both the comfort and the authenticity of Bali. The staff was super nice and helpful. It has an amazing terrace where we had breakfast every day with a forest view. Since it is Bali we are talking about, some bugs and insects can be seen normally but it is not because of the hotel but the nature of the island. The staff is also sensitive and helpful in case of a situation like this.

We wanted to go to the mountain Batur for trekking and the price they offered was higher than what we found. The bike rental price was the same but if you want to go to a tour, you may want to check Ubud central with other tour agencies.

This place is a real miracle. The rooms are in the end of property. All rooms are very nice and comfortable. However, some room have air conditioner which is absolutely unnecessary in sea level 600m. The climate is perfect. The temperature is around 28 degrees in daytime which is decreasing till 20 in dawn. You will enjoy your warm blanket. The backyard is a beautiful garden where the rooms stay. The crown of the place is the pool with scenic view to the next mountain ridge with jungle and rice field. And after the pool comes the breath taking terrace over a deep valley. The breakfast usually is here. The restaurant is very good and tasty. You feel yourself as far relative of staff. They are kindly, helpful people. They clean your room, make your food, help to organize trip, book transfer. So they prepare your top quality stay. We are really loved our stay here. Lot of places are close e.g. Ubud, Batur, Elephant Lodge …

This is the perfect Bali hotel stay. We really loved our 3 days here. Both room, garden and pool area is perfect! The owners live next to the hotel, they and the long term staff are so nice and caring. You feel that they have cared for evey detail in the room and garden area to achieve perfection. Included breakfast was great and can be served where and when you want. Restaurant food was also good with reasonable prices. Room cleaning was also best we had in Bali. Location is close for seeing the rice terraces and the two water temples. We did not go but there is also a waterfall and an elephant park close. Grab app works great and is cheap for transport.

The village itself has little to offer. There was nothing to see or any nice looking restaurants if you just walked the street.

We paid 100k for the floating breakfast in the pool - got great photos. A must do! and walk to the nearby temple. we had the place to ourselves and it was as beautiful as any of the other crowded temples we visited. The family here is really nice - take time to talk with them and ask questions. The deck with the view out back is beautiful and so peaceful. You are very close to the tegalalang rice paddies at this hotel. There was a good restaurant down the road we ate at too (saw it on the walk to the temple. we really enjoyed that walk. buy the cool melted glass vases they have in this area...

It is very beautiful accommodation with garden and view of a forest. Our room was very nice and clean. They offer breakfast but also a lunch or dinner (limited offer).

We missed a fridge in our room but mostly because we are traveling with a child that requires to eat in a different times. We also didnt enjoy that much the location that was in a village without any restaurants closed by - but this also because of the child (we had to travel by taxi for food or order gojek).
