Lizards 🦎, cockroachs 🪳, spiders 🕷, insects 🦟, wall geckos 🦎, frog 🐸 are normal there to live with them . But it was not understanding for me to see them moving in room ceiling

This was our first time visiting Bali and our stay here at Campuhan Sebatu Resort completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived we were speechless. The resort is so tranquil and we felt immediately relaxed when we arrived. Our room was stunning, immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and opened up to the most breathtaking view. Waking up to the sunrise each morning was unforgettable, and the evenings had their own special magic. The location was perfect, away from overwhelming tourist crowds and traffic. We walked to the holy water temple and nearby waterfall, took a quick drive to the Tegallalang Rice Terrace, and enjoyed a day trip into Ubud. Dining here was another highlight of our trip. Sitting down for meals in such a beautiful setting felt so special every time. We became completely addicted to the spring rolls, Nasi Goreng and Balinese coffee. The staff were beyond lovely, they made us feel so welcomed and truly looked after us. Campuhan Sebatu Resort ended up being the highlight of our Bali trip and we honestly wish we had stayed longer. It was such a special experience for us and one we’ll always remember.

The staff here are incredibly friendly, from the moment we arrived we felt so welcomed and comfortable. The location is beautiful- around 30 mins out of ubud, we rented a scooter to have the independence to come and go which was perfect and easy to do through the hotel. You are surrounded by peaceful rice fields, way better than those you would pay to see! The pool area was fab, so relaxing for a chill afternoon. Our room was huge and the view from the balcony incredible. We ate here a couple of times and the food was really good quality. Breakfast was delicious. We want to add- Past reviews mention construction- yes they are building a new hotel area, but construction is now way way past the noisy stage- it’s all inside, far away and we didn’t even notice it was going on at all!! So don’t let that put you off.

I absolutely loved everything about this stay! The room was just the right size, bed was comfy. The bathroom was large and loved that it could be opened up to the pool area if desired. The landscaping around the pool was beautiful! Loved the lion statue at the pool and the view of the jungle was breathtaking! It was very private and easy to meditate on the bench outside the room. Room service was fast, food was delicious! I highly recommend a floating breakfast! Every staff member that I encountered was very kind and helpful. Excellent hospitality! They even gave me a parting gift which was totally unexpected, but very much appreciated and I love it so much! I would definitely stay here again! :)

Nothing really - nothing to deter me from staying here again. There are a bit of stairs on the property but I didn't mind. I thought some of the food portions were small but it didn't matter because it was enough for me. Everything was great!

There was absolutely nothing not to like about the property! Everything was perfect, from the stunning views and beautiful rooms to the incredible food and exceptional staff. Campuhan Sebatu Resort truly exceeded all expectations!

The room was beautiful, large and clean. The dinner was lovely, we had a floating breakfast which looked great but didn’t taste as great. The whole hotel is beautiful, we had a couples massage in the spa which is an incredible outside spa with amazing views. The hotel is a little out of the way (about 40 minutes from Ubud) but we didn’t mind as it really was beautiful. The staff were absolutely lovely, so kind and helpful, they really went above and beyond. They were so attentive. The room service was always quick, and I even got given a souvenir as a thank you when we left.

I chose Bali for my vacation, where I stayed for 8 days and 7 nights. I couldn’t get enough of the fruits at breakfast and the amazing guava juice. Since I had already planned out the places I wanted to visit, the hotel I chose perfectly matched my plans—it was close to everywhere I wanted to go, yet quiet and peaceful. The staff were wonderful and always cheerful. Every day when we returned, they would ask how our day had been and showed genuine interest. The rooms were clean and serene, and we never had any issues with insects. We stayed in a room with a private pool, which had lion statues around it. This was the best vacation I’ve ever had, and I definitely want to come back. The hotel holds wonderful memories in my heart. Nestled among rice fields, you find peace here. It was the right choice, and I highly recommend it.

I stayed in the junior suite, which, although it doesn't come with a pool, is conveniently located near the main pool, often empty. However, the junior suite rooms are situated at the property's base, requiring climbing numerous steps to reach reception. Unfortunately, both the phone and Wi-Fi in my room were not working. Because of this, on my last day, I was upgraded to a room with a pool, which is significantly more comfortable and closer to reception, with fewer stairs to climb. Easy to get grab there, though it is a significant 45 min ride from ubud center during daytime

The statues by the pools, like the merlion in the main one and the peeing boy in the private pool, are just plain tacky. Plus, the furniture feels outdated, giving the hotel a bit of a gloomy vibe. Breakfast is underwhelming and on my last day I found a bug in my food.

Our family had an amazing stay at this resort! The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, making us feel right at home. The peaceful environment was perfect for a relaxing getaway and we were impressed by how clean and well maintained everything was. The food was delicious, with plenty of options that pleased both the kid and the adults. We also appreciated the convenience of their private driver service, which was fairly priced and made getting around easy. A wonderful experience for families, highly recommended!

We had booked a room with private pool. The room was very clean, had a rustic feel with wooden furnishings. The property is nestled among lush picturesque green paddy fields, we had an amazing view of the fields from our room. The staff is really great and supportive, special thanks to Ms. Okta for the wonderful morning walk to a nearby waterfall. The staff also packed us a complimentary takeaway breakfast on the day of departure. The hotel food was good as well, with many options. The overall experience was amazing, very relaxing and calming, we would definitely love coming back!
