One of the, if not THE most beautiful place I have ever seen, and I have traveled every continent except Antarctica. Five beautiful villas nestled on a hillside in-between jungle and thousands of coconut palms (they are native to Indonesia) and tree ferns, overlookingarice field. . Only one of the villas has no private pool, but there is also a nice big pool for everyone to use. Every villa has a view. Villa number 1 was mine (you can see pics). In my opinion it is the best one because it has the most privacy as there is no other villas above this one. The private pool is very beautiful, slightly cooler temperature than the main pool. The fountain and circulation of the pool can be switched on and of as you wish (just ask where the switch is). Unlimited hot water, big old stone bathtub you can fill to the brim and enjoy a hot bath. The villa is beautiful, fully wooden and glass. Mosquito net over the bed. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They even give you 2 WhatsApp numbers where you can contact them 24/7 if you don't want to walk to reception. Breakfast is really yummy and plenty. Plenty of Warungs in walking distance and you can order food in with Grab for very cheap prices (just put in location Sebatu Tulen Villas and they'll find it). Water can be refilled in reception 24/7. Small strong fridge in the room. Bathroom looks like a Mini-Spa. Be aware that you are in the middle of a tropical jungle in Indonesia. There is wildlife everywhere and that is a good thing!!! You will see lizards, geckos, all sorts of insects and birds. The jungle is never quiet, especially at night, so if you are easily disturbed, bring earplugs. Room cleaning is done every day and very thoroughly (don't forget to tip the boys!!!) All in all this is the perfect tropical destination. I will be back. Many times ❤️❤️🌴🌴🌴

Absolutely everything was 100% perfect.

- Nice location close to nature with nice view and nice and relaxing pool - Although a bit isolated you can still find a couple of good restaurant within walking distance - We liked the fact that you can choose your breakfast each day, water bottles also included daily - Staff very friendly and always willing to help

- Bathroom could have been cleaner (toilet especially) - More light in the bathroom would be useful (since it was the only mirror) - We stayed in one of the wooden cottage which unfortunately is not at all sound insulated and you can hear your neighbours (not much privacy) and also the nature. If you are a light sleeper you can have problems. - Storage for clothes could be improved, some hangers would be nice to have

Everything was sooooooo amazing here ! We spent 7 nights, two villas with private pool. The owner is a gem, such a good driver too ! We discover so many things in this area. A bonus is the gorgeous restaurant only 2 minutes walking. And 10 minutes walking from an amazing hidden waterfall. So quiet place with rice fields views. Thank you for everything ! The wifi is perfect too, staff the kindest. Easy to get scooters from the villa, easy to discover the area yourself or with a driver (we did both and it was amazing )

Everything is exactly as it looks like in the pictures, or even better! The villa is a modern version of a typical Bali construction and the private pool is amazing. The location is right in front of a rice field and it is close to the sebatu temple which you should visit. The staff is attentive and discreet. Breakfast was delivered at the villa and was really good. Overall, an oasis of peace!

You need your own transport, the location is pretty remote and the property doesn't have a restaurant. Scooters can be rented directly on your arrival by the staff!

Great views, nice villa with spa like bathroom and clean private pool, great breakfast (they offer floating breakfast for a fee) the pancakes and nasi goreng were delicious, staff were very friendly and helpful, offer moped rental too.

Little remote but somewhat expected, would have been nice to have more onsite facilities/things to do. Villa is on a steep slope of a road which made it difficult to get around on foot and not much nearby. Didn’t get much use out of private pool since it wasn’t heated or any cover and it did rain few days. That being said, most of the negatives were not a reflection on the villa really, more so on the area and weather which is outside of the villas control.

Wonderful experience, lovely helpful staff, dreamy view of the jungle. The breakfast was tasty, freshly prepared at the reception. No mosquitoes (it's colder here than on the coast, so they tend to swarm there). The view of the surrounding jungle was breathtaking. 10 stars, definitely.

This has nothing to do with the accomodation quality, but it's the jungle and sometimes you encounter (or get in the room) big spiders and other animals. But we see it as a part of the experience, you should know what you sign up for when you book an accomodation literally in the jungle.

This is a very small hotel with a stunning jungle view. It really depends on the purpose of your stay – if you are looking for peace and quiet, love the sounds of nature, beautiful views, or perhaps enjoy painting, reading a book surrounded by nature, watching ducks, roosters, lizards, and admiring the lush vegetation, then this is the perfect place for you. Or at least worth staying for one night just to experience it! There is no city noise at all – only pure nature. At night, the frogs can be quite loud, but in a very charming way, adding to the authentic jungle atmosphere. Just 100 meters uphill from the hotel you’ll find a very good restaurant. If you enjoy exploring, you can easily rent a scooter and ride around the nearby villages, rice fields, and beautiful countryside. It’s also the ideal place to truly rest and sleep well, as there is no stress or hustle – only nature and tranquility.

Our recent stay at Sebatu Tullen Villa was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views. The private infinity pool was the perfect place to relax and soak up the stunning scenery. The villa itself was beautifully designed and impeccably maintained. It was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a luxurious getaway. But the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breakfast. It exceeded all of our expectations, with a delicious variety of fresh, locally sourced ingredients. We highly recommend Sebatu Tullen Villa to anyone seeking a truly unforgettable Bali experience.

Everything was amazing.

Everything was just WOW :) Staffs were very kind and helpful. He dropped and picked me from the restaurant nearby. When I asked a floating breakfast, he even took a photo to make it as similar as my request. The facility was also WOW :) I got upgrade so I could enjoy whole villa by myself even a private pool. Balinese style decoration both inside, outside. Bathtub and shower look amazing. Water temperature and pressure were also very good. In the morning, I can enjoy from my terrace whole mountain and rice field shinning. The area is very quiet. So it's perfect for someone planning to escape from their busy life :p Just for your information, I used both going and coming grab bike. It wasn't difficult for me but recommend you rent your own bike. It'll be much more helpful as there is not many restaurants or shops. Villa didn't have restaurant, but you can have your meal nearby restaurant, 3mins walking distant. The restaurant is located next to the rice firld, you may have a chance to see fireflies:) It was such a beautiful experience at Sebatu Tulen Villa :)

We stayed for 3 nights at suite villa with private pool and it was so nice that we were sad to leave. When we first arrived here, we got a little scared, as the villa is located (seems like) in the middle of nowhere, with very few places around it, however we soon fell in love with it. The villa itself was very clean and comfortable. The first night there we had a feeling like we were sleeping outside because we could hear every little insect from the outside making their noises, but got used to it after one night. Very nice experience :) The bathroom was very cool too! In the villa you can order breakfast, we tried it for one morning and ended up eating breakfast there every morning because they bring you breakfast to your own terrace and you can eat and enjoy the view at the same time. The villa also offers to take several tours. First day we took the tour we liked our driver/guide so much that we took another tour the next day as well. He not only took us around and gave us time to enjoy the sights as long as we wanted but he also explained a lot of cultural things and shared stories which we really appreciated. Thank you once again! The staff is also great, we were greeted by such a sweet guy, he helped with our things, showed us around, and came by our room later to take our breakfast order. The staff that were on shift when we left was also great, again helped with our things, offered water and coffee while we waited for a driver. Also, they were huge help because after we checked-out we were having trouble getting a driver to come pick us up, so the staff called the driver/guide that took us to the tours, who helped us to get to the other location without prior notice. Thank you very much! Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend this villa for others :) However be aware that to get to the nearest restaurant you have to climb a very steep hill. It was not a problem for us :)
