We met a stray cat while we stay there. The cat was so friendly and loving. It visit us for 2 nights while we stay at the resort. If anyone see that cat please take care of it and give it some foods !!! The hotel staff was so understandable and allow us to have the cat stay around our villa. The staffs are very helpful and accommodating. They offer us new room to have better view if the room is available. Floating breakfast and romantic are available upon request but additional There’s a big temple nearby and scooter rental. It’s just 3 mins walk from the hotel.

The photo for pool villa is not accurate with the photo on booking.com. The resort randomly assign you a pool villa and each pool villa layout is different but same amenity.

A gem of a boutique resort (20 rooms) 30 - 40 mins North of the busyness of Ubud… beautiful property, grounds, pool, location & even more beautiful staff. (Special mention to Ardi, who was exceptional at running the front of house of Kailasha restaurant. Great breakfast, we ate many meals there (& participated in a cooking class with one of the chefs 😅) & they were all very good. Bonus points for complimentary afternoon tea, foot massage, fruit & shuttle bus to & from Ubud. Visit the beautiful temple nearby by foot & also walk the other way to the still traditional village of Sebatu. ❤️

Nothing to not like

We stayed in a private pool villa, which was lovely. The main pool and garden are also beautiful, and the staff is incredibly kind. I appreciated the kindness of the people and the fact that all the food is beautifully plated. However, the breakfast is not continental.

Unfortunately, the cleaning wasn’t up to my standards. The bed sheets and towels were washed, but they were worn and had stains that couldn’t be removed, even after multiple washes. You do not have any other restaurants where to eat near, only their restaurant with few choices. Take into consideration that you are staying into jungle. It rained last night, and the villa ended up being filled with loudly geckos.

The grounds and building were amazing - it was a hidden jewel hidden amongst the verdant green rainforest. I was truely impressed. The other brilliant aspect of our stay was how we were treated by the staff. I cannot recommend this resort enough: if you stay here you will have an amazing experience. It is reasonably priced, the rooms are beautiful, the staff are wonderful and the food was A-Class. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.

The room was better than the pictures and the resort is beautiful. Very clean and staff always happy to help! The staff were phenomenal and the food was well done. Would highly recommend the massage.

The beds were on the harder side but definitely worth it for the rest of the experience. There was lots of stairs and hills for someone with a broken leg but that’s my fault and not the resort. They were very accommodating!!

It’s away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud. It’s tranquil and beautiful and perfectly placed. The rooms are large with lovely marble bathrooms. It’s only small which means the staff get to know you and are very friendly.

The grounds were beautiful and well kept, our room was spacious and had everything we needed. Food was great and staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

A little bit of traffic noise depending on the time of day and it is about a 3 hour drive from Denpasar airport, but definitely worth it.

Everything! The beautiful room and lush gardens, relaxing by the pool, the gentle attentive restaurant staff, the delicious food. We ate all meals there for 6 days and could have happily stayed longer!

Sometimes it took a long time for fresh towels to be delivered to your room.

This resort is truly remarkable! With its stunning location and tranquil surroundings, it is an ideal destination for a vacation. The staff is exceptional, providing attentive and friendly service that enhances the overall experience. However, it should be noted that a light renovation is needed to maintain the resort's charm. While the existing facilities are still functional, some areas could benefit from updates and refurbishments. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this resort for its unparalleled beauty and the unforgettable experiences it offers.

The staff were all very friendly and warm, making us feel at home. The resort is nestled within lush greenery and far away from the hustle and bustle, with tranquil surroundings and ability to give respite and reflections. Breakfast was great, and the spa massage relaxing. Front counter offered to help us book cab via GoJek when my Grab app could not locate the exact spot we need to go to.

The water pressure in in the bathroom was weak, making our baths not so enjoyable. Similarly for the Wifi.
