The accommodation is located within 2 mins walking distance from the Tegalalang rice terraces, in a breathtaking environment. It us also located centrally in Bali, which means all visiting sites are easier to reach. It's quiet, away from the hustle of Ubud, which means you can wake up in the morning listening to jungle noises. The villas look great, spacious with very comfortable beds. Fabulous breakfast served on the patio of your villa, overlooking the jungle and rice fields. You have a choice of eggs with toast and jam, pancakes, rice or noodles, all with a selection of fruits and really good coffee or tea. The staff is so friendly, always there to help. They also sorted our pick up and drop off from the airport and a car and driver to take us on sightseeing trips. We strongly recommend you ask for Wayan as your driver - he is the kindest, friendliest person. He will make you feel welcomed, give you information and advice, and we really couldn't fault him - absolutely fantastic.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. The staff was waiting for us at the road and helped us carry our bags to the bungalow. The garden and especially the view from your own little private terrace/balcony.. Just wow! The pictures don't do it justice. It's even better in real life! We arrived late in the evening and they served us dinner on our balcony. The room was very clean and the outside bathroom, with a little fountain, was a pleasure to use. It was a little cold to swim, but we did it anyway and enjoyed the majestic view from the pool. After a great breakfast at our balcony, we only had to walk 1 minute to the entrance of the rice terraces. One of the staff members even walked with us, to show us the way. Very kind! Ubud is a bit farther away (approximately 30 minutes by taxi), so if your staying longer, I would recommended hiring a scooter). Since Ubud itself is very busy and most of it you can see in one day, we preferred staying in this more secluded place with relaxing nature sounds at night (instead of scooter-sounds, haha). Clear to say that I would definitely recommend this place!

Excellent! A fabulous place to stay if you want to be close to the rice terraces. The cabins are beautifully presented, well maintained, a good size, clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. They are in a lovely terraced garden settling with pool. The staff were brilliant throughout our stay. We stayed during Nyepi when everything in Bali shuts down, yet the owner kindly provided us with lunch and dinner free of charge and made what could have been a difficult day into a pleasant and relaxing one. We would have no hesitation returning to stay ourselves and would happily recommend Villa Wedang to friends.

Beautiful place, amazing view of the jungle and lovely pool. We stayed in the family room and it was comfortable and cozy. We loved eating on our terrace with the gorgeous view. Super friendly staff and the best manager/ tour guide named Mario, whom we booked for a day trip. Mario is knowledgeable and speaks several languages, Villa Wedang is very lucky to have such a skilled employee👌☺️ the kind of guide you could expect at a 5 ⭐️ luxury resort 👍

We loved everything about it👌😍 but note that you are in nature so your room/ toilet may be visited by small animals like ants or lizards, but that’s to be expected and some thing you may experience most places in Bali.

Absolutely loved this small quiet idle in the middle of the rice terrace. Only 3min walk to the big beautiful much more touristy rice terrace. However this was by far the best option for us. Never a tourist in site and so peaceful. We wish we stayed longer than 2 nights. A very easy to photograph hotel. Very nice breakfast and our driver from the airport was super nice Efa. The main man that looked after us was ......... And he was marvellous. Can't fault his sweet and kind nature. Everyone really looked after us. Absolutely loved our little froggie and fishy friends in the pond next to outdoor shower. We are nature lovers and was perfect. Also hot and humid and didn't see 1 mosquito which was amazing. I’m on a three-month trip, and this is the place with the best customer service out of all my stays. The staff is very attentive, kind, and considerate of my needs. The room is well-equipped, and the decor matches the vibe of the place. It’s ideal for an experience where you want to disconnect from the city and are looking for something more peaceful, immersed in nature. Excellent common areas. Get ready for nights filled with the sounds of nature.

We had a lovely stay. The staff was extremely friendly. We had breakfast included and could choose from 4 options which were all tasty and brought directly to our balcony, which had the most amazing jungle/rice trace view. There was also the possibility to eat dinner, which was also good. In my eyes much more pretty then in the pictures.would recommend and come again.

Great value for money. Room is spacious. Water pressure is great. We stayed in the two bedroom villa, it has a bathtub and a little pond and fountain in the bathroom. The beds are comfortable. The air-conditioning made us feel cool and dry inside. There is also a balcony with a table and chairs, so we enjoyed the beautiful view while we were having dinner outside. The garden is pretty. The view of the field is stunning. You can see some rice fields and coconut trees. We saw so many frogs at different life stages, that is very interesting! We also saw several fire flies when we were sitting at the balcony at night. We can see so many stars at night!! We can also see sunrise from the balcony as well!! Walk distance to the rice terrace and the coffee plantation. Very nice owner and the staff. They did laundry at a very low price for us. The clothes came back supper clean and tidy. Also, I love the pancake! It's so yummy! Thank you for the good service. We will definitely come back next time in Ubud😊

Just wish we could have some sort of curtains to cover the sunshine over the breakfast on the balcony, like our neighbour.

Amazing stay! Such a beautiful spot surrounded by nature and overlooking the rice fields. Close to everything but no street noise. Staff went above and beyond for us. There are stairs down to the villas and the pool, but staff helped us with our bags. The villas are wonderful and large. Each with there own balcony. Breakfast was awesome, and the other food we ordered was great too! Would highly recommend Villa Wedang. Felt very special and lucky to stay there. Thank you! 💗

A charming structure with a few cosy bungalows spread in a garden with views on the forest, but at short walk to the entrance of Ceking rice terraces. We were in a two rooms bungalows with a balcony, starting the day with the breakfast served on the balcony, watching the garden and the forest around was something we will remember. There is also a little pool where to refresh enjoying the view of the forest. Staff was very nice, we used also the laundry service, that was fast and at a honest price. Highly recommended.
