Beautiful villas, lovely pools and the staff were amazing, especially Bobby the driver and Wahyudi.

The gym is a little lacking and the dinner & breakfast menus although good are a little limited. The bed linen and towels didn’t feel as clean as they should as did the crockery in the kitchen

Cleaning and maintenance The toilet paper holder was rusty. I was stressed every time I went to the bathroom. There is a large sofa in the living room, but it looks dirty and I don't want to sit on it. The dining table in the living room doesn't seem to have been cleaned. I wiped it with tissue several time, it still came out black.

We were on our honeymoon and stayed in a hanging tent with a pool. What can I say - that was an exceptional experience. You would never expect such a level of comfort in a hanging tent :) We enjoyed fantastic views of the jungle. Service was excellent with very helpful staff. Breakfast is full of different options to meet any taste, and simply delicious. We also visited the spa and can only recommend it further. Great variety of activities including free yoga sessions.

The only minus point for us was the parties that the hotel hosts every weekend. And by party I mean the full-blown club session going all night long until the morning. Music was extremely loud, even in our most remoted tent you could hear the basses. Unfortunately for us, we arrived on Saturday and could not sleep our first night at all. To make it worse, some party guests (parties are open for external visitors) broke into our tent in the middle of the night. We reported this back to the hotel and hopefully, they will make their security a priority in the future. Apart from that, it was a fantastic hotel, and we would totally recommend it.

Everything especially the villa it was exceptional we switched to a two bedroom villa which was better than the kavana tent, the soursop sorbet was exquisite, the hotel staff and the hospitality was out of this world, the people were so kind and respectful couldn’t have asked for a better hotel or a better stay

Since the location was in ubud at night there were so many noises from the jungle animals which made ti a bit hard to sleep but i guess this was part of the experience

I stayed with my family at a three bedroom jungle villa at K club Ubud on our trip to Bali in July 2025 and it was one of the most amazing experiences in my life. As a regular traveler it always happens that each hotel has pros and cons but K club exceeded our expectations on all aspects. The villa was much nicer than the photos on Booking with a stunning view and amazing pool and garden. The villa is equipped with all guests’ necessities and there was a water cooler in the villa which gave us enough water for drinking and coffee preparing. The cleaning service was amazing and the evening service took great care in insects prevention which made our nights calm and safe. All staff members were friendly and made us feel welcomed and always meet us with a smile and warm greetings. A WhatsApp group was created for the villa guests and the hotel quickly responded to all our inquiries and requests 24 hours a day. The food in Akar restaurant was amazing for both breakfast and dinner and they really wanted everyone to leave happy and satisfied. The hotel provided a free yoga classes three times a week in an amazing scenic place which I enjoyed and gave me a wonderful start of my day. They also provide free shuttle service to Ubud upon guests request. I indulged my self with a 90 min Balinese massage at Mekar spa and my therapist Swadi was amazing. The hotel supports locals in Ubud in multiple ways and care for environment by avoiding using plastic. On one occasion there was a minor issue in my toilet and the hotel solved it immediately which shows how hard they work for guests’ comfort and service improvement. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is planning to visit Bali.

Amazing hotel with great service. We stayed at the sensual tent - a great place for couples who want to experience a private night in the jungle, but in the same time to feel comfortable. The entire staff is making you feel very special, always taking care of your needs. They have made a couple of surprises for my boyfriend birthday and we also get a complimentary floating breakfast at one of their pool tents. The hotel provides different kind of complimentary activities - starting from yoga classes an rice field walks to cooking classes and movie nights.

K Club is absolutely my second home in Ubud. I’ve stayed here twice already, and I’m already planning my next visit. This is what a true 5-star hotel should be — everything was perfect from start to finish. Our villa was spotless, beautifully designed, and cleaned daily. The private pool was amazing, with hot water, which made it perfect for late-night swims — we were often in the water until 2–3 AM. Such a luxury! The staff were incredible — always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any request. We could easily order food or services to our villa via WhatsApp, and the delivery was always fast and smooth. The on-site restaurant, Akar, is truly a highlight. Located right inside the hotel, Akar offers a high-end dining experience with stunning ambiance. We tried the tomahawk steak, and it was honestly one of the best meals we’ve ever had. In my opinion, Akar is the best restaurant in Ubud — the quality, presentation, and flavors are next level. I fully recommend K Club to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and world-class service in Bali. It’s not just a hotel — it’s an experience. I can’t wait to return next year!

The only downside of the Jungle Villa was the long staircase leading to the villa. While the natural setting and elevated location added to the charm, the stairs could be quite tiring, especially after a long day of exploring. I would love to see an easier access option in the future, such as an electronic lift or an elevator, to make reaching the villa more convenient for guests.
