Good breakfast selection, beautiful pool and views

Privacy is an issue. Terrace rooms all share a large terrace space so if you are in your room or the bathroom showering or taking a bath, people who walk to your terrace can see inside. While there are roller blinds, it defeats the purpose if you want to see the view from the bathroom. Also. location is a bit far away from the action but cost makes this more than palatable

One of the most amazing Marriott’s hotels We went for honeymoon Esp if looking for a destination for couples 1-Great staff Esp thanks to ms Rahayo in the restaurant and to the other staff Always eager to help and asking you for your concerns and needs 2-spacious luxurious rooms and toilets 3-very modern hotel desgin , complicated and interesting 4-fascinating reception area , you will not resist the urge to spend the whole morning there 5-they have 2 pools , one called the infinity pool with ocean view( you will thank me later ) and the other is jungle pool with garden view 6-you must ask for the special drink ( jungle bird drink )

Beautiful 5 star hotel. Very clean room and facilities. We stayed here for our anniversary and the manager offered us an upgrade to a Junior Suite. The suite was stunning. Bed extremely comfortable. Facilities were amazing - gym and the pool with a great view. Staff were so lovely. My boyfriend is coeliac and on check in one of the chefs (Didi) came over to give him his card on our check in, in case he had any queries regarding the menu. This was so reassuring for anyone who needs to follow a gluten-free diet. The breakfast and lunch/dinner menus were extensive and really good food. The level of attentiveness of staff is amazing and staff should be rewarded for this! The hotel has complimentary activities each day, we did the yoga and ping pong competition - the staff are great to join in! Having these activities is such a great addition. It honestly felt like the most relaxing family feel hotel and one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I have recommended this hotel to friends and family and I can't wait to return to it.

Floor can get very slippy from the shower/bath area and is a slip hazard. The drainage around this area should be reviewed or non-slip mats be provided.

The staff is absolutely wonderful, big thanks to the restaurant staff, the pool staff and the reception staff. They are bubbly and call you by your name after one chat, they are always happy to help - and I felt bad for not tipping them every time but just knowing that there’s 15% (or similar) surcharge on everything for service makes it even. The breakfast buffet also amazing, had so many options. The beautiful admin staff organised some romantic decor to our (free upgraded) room at our arrival as we celebrated our wedding anniversary. The pool is beautiful, the bedroom was also nice and comfy. Complementary filtered bottled water. Shuffle bus to the beach club woks on time and it’s a good thing to do.

The food at the same restaurant we go for the delicious breakfast, isn’t so great by the menu. We had dinner there first night and we did not like it. Pizza and chips probably safer options, but we were so disappointed with our orders. Although the resort had lots to offer, we had to go to the restaurants and some shops in Uluwatu, and I found it a bit hard to get there - they can organise taxis for you with lovely drivers - but the traffic is terrible and the time you waste to get there and back is also a bit much. Also $$.

Breakfast was si.mply excellent with wide choices everyday. Large and plesant and clean dining space. The staff he erally were lovely and very helpful. They went out of their way during Breakfast and dinner to ensure we had everything we needed. The pool area was very big and clean with a lovely view over the ocean. Gym was also very good. They offer several experienced and we did the pottery one which was good fun and unique. Room was nice and airy but we had the loft toom so this may not be auitable for families with mobility issues. Kids club also good and my kids really liked gping there from time to.time.

The only tjing is that a construction has just started next to the hotel so therebis a very ugly view over what is a big brown dirt hill. We did not have any noise issues but as the build progresses this will definitely become a problem for the rooms next to the site. Another point was that the hotel is a bit out of the way and getting grabs were a challenge at times. It is jot really walking distance to any cafes or restaurants or shops.

The staff were amazing, so helpful and accommodating and gave such personalised and individual attention. The location isn't near the beach but it has a beautiful view - the complimentary shuttle bus to Roosterfish beach club does take you straight to the beach though and Roosterfish itself was great fun, with a free sunbed and towels if you are a hotel guest. We stayed in a Family Loft Suite which was really spacious and great for us as a family of 4. Could not fault anything about our stay - it was perfect, just wish we could have stayed longer!

Our stay exceeded our expectations. The facilities were exceptional, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The security at the property’s entrance was also a nice touch. Breakfast was another highlight, with an amazing selection of food.

While the property was well-located, it took between 30 and 40 minutes to get to most locations due to the poor road infrastructure in Bali (insane volume of traffic and seemingly one main road..). This was the main issue, but I would definitely stay at this resort again.

The breakfast provided plenty of options each morning. The two pools provided plenty of room to spread out. We especially enjoyed the lower pool; some afternoons we had the area to ourselves. All the staff were fantastic and very accommodating. Thanks to Simon, who checked us in and provided us with an upgrade, which was very much appreciated, we would also like to mention Deka in the bar area on the main level, fantastic customer service and remembered us each night, so made us feel very welcome.

The Hotel is a little isolated, and only provides two choices for dining: the main restaurant, where the menu doesn't appear to change, and one other restaurant, where it wasn't always possible to get a booking. The room was a great size; however, the lighting was overcomplicated. The bathroom was part of the kitchen area as well, and the bath and shower had a huge window in full view of anyone walking past, so you had to keep the blinds closed all the time, which was a disappointment.

Our stay at Renaissance was our first stop in Bali and did not disappoint. We initially were not too happy with our view and the staff kindly arranged to change our room. The new room had an amazing view and was very comfortable. The key highlights for me were the breakfast buffet (with a lot of variety), the bar areas and all the available activities at the hotel (aquagym, bike, pottery classes). The staff is very attentive and helpful. A special thanks to the navigation team (Rose, Jasmine and Friji), from our welcome tray to all the bookings they arranged for us and our souvenirs for my birthday, they have been amazing and have made our stay unforgettable!
