Great location, about a 5 to 10 minutes walk from Malioboro Street. There was an Alphamart and a couple of restaurants within a few hundred metres from the motel at the time of writing: good WIFI and air conditioning. Helpful staff. Cold water was provided.

Bathtub dirty. The blanket on the bed was not large enough to cover two people—no hot water. Despite these problems, which are usual for a 2-star motel, the motel is good value for money.

It's a good compromise for the price you pay: the location is near to the train station and the staff was polite, we found 2 little bottles of water and 2 towels in the room

- no hot water - when we stayed at this hotel (at the beginning of october 2022) we had some troubles sleeping because of the construction site really near to the hotel

The location was great, a short walk to Malioboro. It's also close to the train station. There's also lots of good restaurants in the area, including the dim sum place that was the best of my trip in Indonesia. The room was huge and the AC was really cold.

The staff didn't really know English very well. They insisted I pay in cash which was a bit inconvenient. The overall experience was a bit sketchy, but I guess that's how thing are usually done old school Indonesian.

Very strong mould smell from the bathroom and construction site next door..

The location is quite central, near to the Malioboro street and the train station. The staff allowed us to leave the luggage in reception the last day and we could sightseeing

The toilet was dirty, no hot water and stank. Totally different from the pictures.

Terrible bathroom, smelly, with broken sink and water all over the floor. No hot water, very old facilities that seriously need renovation. The room doesn't look like the pictures and there are other cheaper and better accomodation in town. Also, I really don't understand all the good reviews. I wouldn't stay here again.

Only the staf was kinda friendly. I never right bad reviews because it can have a impact on the location/people but what we experienced here was unbelievable But let me note the list of bad thing in this hotel: - The Bathroom was moldy as heck! - the smell was something when there has bin laying a dead person in side for a couple weeks - bug and insects everywhere because the doors won’t close proper - no blankets - mattress springs poking out We where to tired to start a discussing about the room because we came out of the hospital! This is not what was on the pictures! Booking please remove this from your site

My bed was filthy, the shower and toilet were in a deplorable state, the fridge was old , and there was only a single thin blanket provided. The room felt more like a temporary stay room than a standard stay. I am so wonder if the poor condition was because I booked for just one night and checked in during the evening, but I paid the full price for a standard stay. It should be 2 star hotel not just a poor motel.
