Room and food was very good 😊 Every staff member was friendly and accommodating, creating a wonderful experience . Will definitely return and would highly recommend

The evening music is a wonderful idea, The singer for certain songs was excellent however certain songs seemed to be Irished up a bit too much unfortunately, which was a pity for such a good singer. The water bottles in the room do not seal properly so the water tastes stagnant. This is the fault of the manufacturer not the staff putting it out.

Lovely location,food is nice.Beautiful reception area with split levels.Nice room.Very nice to have activities like tennis,golf,soccer,volleyball at the site and fairy trail eith beautiful walks.Kids enjoyed the pool and husband liked the gym.

50€ for breakfast was quite expensive for 2 adults and 2 kids with kids just having 2 toasts.Just a suggestion but would be nice to have a USB sockets in the room.

Everything I guess, staff especially Catherina was absolutely lovely and helpful, room big , the bed was comfortable, big bathroom, and the bar was open for drinks when we arrived after 10 pm, barman was also very nice. Overall a very good experience I recommend this hotel highly. It was a quiet relaxing time .

It's not that I don't like it but when using stairs just watch for signs for floor number as it's a funny adventure if you don't 😁

Touring on a motorcycle, the good solid surface to the car park and easy, safe access from the road with the nice wide entrance and great visibility - are just the job. The views from the Restaurant here, are superb and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The sudden arrival of a coach party, was a wonder to behold as the staff swung into action like a well oiled machine.

The property was clean and well maintained. The room was extremely comfortable and well laid out. The facilities are excellent. There was a great selection for breakfast including a separate gluten-free area! Dinner also had great choices with helpful, friendly and very efficient staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return!

Staff were very kind , welcoming and helpful in both reception, restaurant and bar. Rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. Great location. Food was delicious. Great live band on a Saturday. Good Guinness.

Not much as didn’t like,just a wee suggestion. Just put in the guest information book in the rooms, that you need to bring change for the lockers for the pool changing area.

The staff were really so friendly and helpful. The hotel is possibly around 40 or 50 years old, but is very well maintained and very clean. The lobby area is lovely to sit and have a coffee or a drink. Our kids loved the pool. The bar food really was very nice.

Sadly, the bar doesn't have a view over beautiful Bantry Bay, it's a windowless room. The dining/breakfast room does have a view but the restaurant has limited opening hours and wasn't open on Friday night when we wanted to eat. We'd have loved to have a meal overlooking the bay, but instead had one looking over a big screen TV playing RTE 1! We'd have loved to be able to log into our Netflix account on the TV in our room, as we were travelling with our kids.

Great breakfast selection, comfortable bed and amazing leisure centre (pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room)

Massages are available under the therapist availability but she's not there everyday so had to miss it on the weekend. Car park was very busy on arrival with not a lot of parking avaliable.

Everything was quite good. The room was very comfortable, staff were very nice and the food was great! Property was beautiful. We did not have any parking issues.

Could be a better view from the room. All Irish hotels and B&B's should have US power outlets or provide converters for guests. There really was not anything we didn't like.

All the staff is absolutely awesome, helpful, friendly and excellent service. Breakfast is amazing, in general service was incredible. We had a very comfortable and peaceful staying.

Playground is out of order. In general the hotel is very kids and elderly friendly, but it needs to open playground or play areas. Also swimming opening time should be longer.
