The room was very clean and comfortable, I like the amenities of the facility - pool, hot tub etc.. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The facility is getting a bit old. When I arrived the lamp at the bedside didn't work and there was no cord attaching the phone. Fortunately the staff worked very hard to correct these things as soon as possible,

The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with the availabiity of fresh waffles and ready made hot omlettes. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

There was no ventalation fan in the washrooom and the carpet in the hallways were a bit dirty. Staff were vacuming, however I think they need to be steam cleaned.

My room was what I expected with everything I needed for my stay. The breakfast nook was adequate but it only provided a toaster on the weekend. The pool and hot tub looked great but I didn't take advantage of them.

The ice machines were out of commission, but Matthew at the front desk came to my rescue and provided some from the kitchen.

Update facilities. Tv could be better and allow for streaming or Google Chrome-casting. Improve bathrooms with better lighting, better shower heads, and nicer soaps. Cozier bedding, softer. A more comfortable arm chair in the rooms. Better brand of coffee in the room.

My family loved that there was access to an indoor pool and had a great time spending the evening splashing around. Our room was quite clean and the breakfast was satisfying.

Even though the linens were clean and there were a selection of pillows available, our beds could have been more comfortable. We did not have the greatest sleep. The room was nice and quiet though.

Staff is great. Hotel is nice. Everything about the stay was good. Mathew made the Check-in and check out pleasant. Other people on the reception were helpful too.

My price on Booking.com was $372.62 but I am charged$384.18 at the hotel. I am advised by Hotel that this is what they have received from Booking.com. I need to get it resolved.

Staff went out of their way to accommodate a perfect stay for self and 2 grandchildren. Breakfast is convenient and offers a reasonable variety. Waffle maker was a big hit with children. Salt water pool is always worth choosing this location. Komodo’s to Quality Inn

Have always preferred 1st floor room. Ideal for stepping out with a pet or for a smoke. 1st floor currently under renovation. Hoping at next year’s stay that this facility will be restored to former glory. Appears like it is on its way there

The staff at this facility were friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable with two pillows for each person as well as an extra blanket in the closet if needed. I really appreciate a hotel that goes that extra. Lots of cars in the lot, but was not bother by any noise. Martha, the attendant at the continenal breakfast was very kind and went out of her way to make sure a got breakfast ( I have very nasty food allergies). She checked ingredients and got me a fruit cup as well as some oatmeal. Wished I could have one of the fresh waffles, as they looked fantastic!!! The breakfast has make your own waffles, instant oatmeal, oranges, apples, fruit cups, yogurt, muffins, bagels and really good coffee!!!

Not much in way of channels on the TV. Did not bother me much but others my find that a negative. Also, there was not a microwave in the room. This trip was only overnight, but for a longer stay a micro would be required. I am sure one would have been supplied if I asked.

Great location for travel, lots of info packets about local food services and attractions to visit. Quiet, clean, and very nice staff!

Breakfast was a bit lacklustre. But we did like the make your own waffles!

I was not infirmed of changes in the housekeeping policy since my last stay. I did not know I had to request that the room be reset. I eventually noticed a sign which was not well placed. Something like that should be a little more prominent.

I would have liked to have the room reset daily but that did not happen
