Very nice stay with a lovely view. staff were kind and accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again (although, not the hotel’s fault, but I probably wouldn’t book here over a long weekend again. Tried to use the hot tub a few times and each time it was full to the max due to the hotel being full. Most hotel’s were booked out this weekend, so not the hotel’s fault)

Only thing I wish they had is a bathroom fan. Had to open the window and turn the A/C fan on high each time you wanted to shower.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The room had a nice view of Saskatoon, was spacious and bright (with blackout curtains). The bed was comfortable. I really appreciated the location. Convenient to walks along the river, shopping and restaurants. In hotel coffee shop made really yummy lattes.

There is an unfortunate street (one block stretch) a few blocks from the hotel, but we were warned by the hotel staff that it's best not to walk on that side of the street... very sad situation, but not noticeable when at the hotel. Their property was very clean.

Beautiful hotel right downtown. Had underground parking, was clean, staff was friendly and prompt. No pet fee which was also an awesome addition! Mini coffee set up in room had actual CREAM pods, not powdered coffee whitener which made my morning! Also felt safer knowing you need to scan a room key to go to any floor from the parking garage.

The bathroom door positioning was quite literally the only dislike.

Nice pool and everything looks very clean. Housekeeper was very nice but over worked. Hire more staff!!

The staff in restaurant are very slow and wait times are long. Long time to get seated, long time to get what you ask for. Should not take 10 mins for creamer. And this was same all 3 mornings when we had breakfast. 1 housekeeper for several floors they put a note under your door saying your room will not be cleaned while you are there. Not good when you have family coming to visit in your room when your daughter is getting married.

Was the nicest hotel of three hotels I stayed in on my trip to Canada. Restaurant food was very high standard including breakfasts.

Only complaint was that the shower pressure was too strong- need to get some Methven feather-jet shower nozzles and it would be perfect.

the room were comfortable,cozy and quiet. indoor parking kept my vehicle warm and made the stay enjoyable.

the front desk person was very rude and had no manners and made me want to almost get a refund cause I didn’t want to spend my money on a place where I did not feel welcome. I felt bad after just because how he treated me. I heard how nice the lady was next to him treating a guest then the guy was not treating me the same, but rather, like I was not a welcomed guest. I’ve stayed at the hotel many times and the staff has always went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable which is one of the reasons I keep coming back. but this one worker was very rude and I’ve never dealt with him before and hope I never deal again with him again

Paying for parking and breakfast. Building a bit old but well maintained. AC was old and made a noise while regulating the room temperature and interrupted my sleep

It was quite possibly the nicest hotel room I've ever stayed in. The view was beautiful. The layout was trendy. The shower was relaxing. The pool, hot tub, and waterslide were incredible.

The restaurant could have stayed open later, although the food was extremely expensive.

The location of the hotel and the room. Staff were very friendly and professional. All noticeable areas were clean. Our room was clean and the view was perfect overlooking the river. As a coffee lover there could have been more than one packet of coffee especially for the morning, since there was two of us in the room.

The pool. There was so much chlorine we could smell it in the hallway. When we entered the pool area it was extremely stong, it felt like our eyes were burning and we hadn't even entered the water. The echo was extremely loud it was deafening. We just turned around and left as we were having difficulty breathing and with our eyes.

The location was great,we had large room with river view.Surprised how quiet the room was as the rooms either side were occupied.Didn't even notice noise in hallway.Extremely clean hotel.

A bit of wait the one morning for coffee.To be fair it was busy,but someone took our order for coffee,then our server noticed we hadn't gotten our coffee,went to bring it.She had not taken order.Despite being busy,our food order came quickly,server was very attentive,plesant.
