+ visited multiple times and still all good, same standard + room size acceptable, 15 - 16m2 + all is working, internet access ok, TV works, Air Conditioning ok, nothing important missing + suprisingly sound from outiside, especially from highway is highly eliminated, inside is quite place, does nto matter if room facing one or the other side of the hotel + breakfast was very nice, all fresh, many options to choose from + polite reception crew and breakfast area crew + bed is very good, not tough, not soft, exactly how it should be + parking options provided by hotel (paid) or for free around hotel

- weak point of the hotel are elevators = slow - week point of room is shower, some rooms just curtain = never good solution, or some rooms glass glasswall = but not covering shower enough - a lot of leaked water out of shower and toilette pushed between shower and sink so closely

Like this hotel a lot👍 very nice room - big, with air conditioner, bathroom and others. All properties in room are worked. Room was clean and very-very nice☺️ Personal on reception was great - very pleasant and friendly and tried to help me to resolve all my questions - thanks a lot☺️☺️ Location was very good- nearby metro station - on metro you can get to the centre city very fast👍 , shopping mall and banks. I was travelling with two cats and sun and I had the best emotions about this hotel👍👍

- visited 2nd time, I would say both stays were same good. The room has around 16m2, average size, ok for 1 person - bed was comfortable, more stiff then soft, which I prefer - breakfast tasty and some options to choose from, this part is ok - even close to highway no noise inside - possible to park, provided by hotel for fee or for free somewhere around the hotel

- bathroom size ok, but shower has unfortunately curtain instead of glass - toilette very small and close to sink and shower - chair was dirty

All the rooms are the same, which, in a way, is a good thing, because you don't get bad surprises. They are not very spacious, but OK for a short-term stay. The staff at reception desk is usually helpful. The breakfast is good and I like the fact that they have a separate room for guests that are not part of large groups. In the past, the hotel seemed to start getting dated, but it looks like they attempt to fix things.

There are not enough lifts and as the hotel is quite large, so, in morning peaks, you can end up waiting a long time for one. Also, the hotel seems to be host large groups of tourists quite regularly, so if you are unlucky, you will meet a bus dumping a large crowd at the reception and will have no choice than to wait. Groups of teenagers making noise in the corridors or lobby are not that unusual here. Some rooms have quite noisy air condition, but the hotel seems to be fixing it one by one. A minibar or at least a fridge would be nice, but there are none. Location is in the middle of busy roads and next to a gas station, but still well reachable by public transport.

The room was very comfortable and cozy. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good. Overall, a very good service and a nice experience staying at this hotel.

As the hotel services are top class but it is very far from the city centre. The bus stops are quite far away from.the hotel due to which a person has to do quite some walk.

The hotel was extremely clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great for me. The room was comfortable and big enough to accommodate someone staying for several days.

My only concern was the bathroom; it wasn't designed well, and the floor gets very wet when having a shower, which caused me to slip and hit my foot. In my opinion, it is something the hotel should have a look at.

Comfortable accommodation for overnight stays in the ratio of price to value. Parking spaces are available. I appreciate the staff's attitude. Cleanliness of the rooms. Comfortable beds. Adequate internet speed.

Blocking of room cards at 9:00 am, before the scheduled departure from the hotel, and their reactivation. Limited choice at breakfast. Due to wear and tear, the rooms' chairs would be well worth replacing.

The property was nice and clean a little older, but not too bad. The rooms are tiny and I did read another comment that the bathrooms are small. They really are ball and all it was a nice hotel. Old town wasn’t super convenient. Also, they have the best apples delicious.

Hotel overall was fine. No problems with the bedroom and shower. Good choice of food for breakfast. The big challenge [relying on public transport] was orienting myself correctly to get to the nearest bus/metro. The nearest metro is the end of the line by a super-large mall . Its just a short bus ride away. By the end of the week i'd managed to understand where to walk to the correct bus stop!

Hotel a little isolated from any nearby shops/restaurants. Entrance of hotel is round the back!
