Friendly staff , clean room , tasty breakfast .

- visited 2nd time, I would say both stays were same good. The room has around 16m2, average size, ok for 1 person - bed was comfortable, more stiff then soft, which I prefer - breakfast tasty and some options to choose from, this part is ok - even close to highway no noise inside - possible to park, provided by hotel for fee or for free somewhere around the hotel

- bathroom size ok, but shower has unfortunately curtain instead of glass - toilette very small and close to sink and shower - chair was dirty

All the rooms are the same, which, in a way, is a good thing, because you don't get bad surprises. They are not very spacious, but OK for a short-term stay. The staff at reception desk is usually helpful. The breakfast is good and I like the fact that they have a separate room for guests that are not part of large groups. In the past, the hotel seemed to start getting dated, but it looks like they attempt to fix things.

There are not enough lifts and as the hotel is quite large, so, in morning peaks, you can end up waiting a long time for one. Also, the hotel seems to be host large groups of tourists quite regularly, so if you are unlucky, you will meet a bus dumping a large crowd at the reception and will have no choice than to wait. Groups of teenagers making noise in the corridors or lobby are not that unusual here. Some rooms have quite noisy air condition, but the hotel seems to be fixing it one by one. A minibar or at least a fridge would be nice, but there are none. Location is in the middle of busy roads and next to a gas station, but still well reachable by public transport.

Comfortable accommodation for overnight stays in the ratio of price to value. Parking spaces are available. I appreciate the staff's attitude. Cleanliness of the rooms. Comfortable beds. Adequate internet speed.

Blocking of room cards at 9:00 am, before the scheduled departure from the hotel, and their reactivation. Limited choice at breakfast. Due to wear and tear, the rooms' chairs would be well worth replacing.

The property was nice and clean a little older, but not too bad. The rooms are tiny and I did read another comment that the bathrooms are small. They really are ball and all it was a nice hotel. Old town wasn’t super convenient. Also, they have the best apples delicious.

Hotel overall was fine. No problems with the bedroom and shower. Good choice of food for breakfast. The big challenge [relying on public transport] was orienting myself correctly to get to the nearest bus/metro. The nearest metro is the end of the line by a super-large mall . Its just a short bus ride away. By the end of the week i'd managed to understand where to walk to the correct bus stop!

Hotel a little isolated from any nearby shops/restaurants. Entrance of hotel is round the back!

Not very close to Prague centre but ok when one does not need to go back into the city for the night life. There are lovely local restaurants a drive away where we enjoyed a much better dining experience than in the city ( try a place called "Lokal" where they also allow card payments). There is free parking on streets nearby. Also, the facilities were very clean. The breakfast had a very good selection. They thankfully split the breakfast area into large travel groups and individual travellers.

The coffee shop/ bar is only open for a particular period. The hotel staff direct one to the close by petrol station / fast food restaurant for food when the hotel facilities are not open. This is not far away, just a 1 min walk. Typical large scale hotel with small rooms. It feels more like a motel. The very uncomfortable bar/restaurant area furniture one isn't able to really relax and unwind.

I gave this 10/10 just for the Manager with glasses he helped with an issue with bed so he changed my room, and for the lady in the Breakfast area she is amazing and friendly, but the guy in the reception refused to help me and asked me to pay for the changing room and that was on my first day of arrival !!! Very bad customer service from him it was on the 14/9 at night i think you should gave him some training course with customer service or let him work in the gas station next to the hotel.

My booking was single room with twin beds, they gave me one double bed when i asked the guy to change he asked if someone else will 😂 Dear i get what i booked for, i don’t like to sleep on double beds because usually they more used and become soft, i have back pain so i always prefer twin beds, not because someone will come and stay with me, please don’t act like detective 😂

We stayed for one night as a stopover. The staff at the reception and in the breakfast room were very friendly and helpful. The parking fee for the parking garage was OK and the rooms were big enough, clean and air-conditioned.

Unfortunately, other travelers were talking loudly on the phone in the hallway and apparently practicing continuous walking in the room, but the hotel cannot be held responsible for this, this is bad behavior of the guests.

This was my 3rd visit of this hotel and overall it is very good. Very nice staff, rooms are clean and breakfast is rich.

Unfortunately got room near elevator and other visitors were really noisy. I would like to know why in the bathroom is heater which is always on the maximum level. Due to this heater the comfort during the night is very low
