The location is very good, the pool is really nice also the spa and gym, the breakfast was amazing and the rooms where clean and comfortable.

Nothing really to complain just that when we wanted to sleep outside our room was a family that made a lot of noise, so maybe the rooms should be better noise isolation.

The seperior customer service agent Tatiana and Manager Alexander provided us with above and beyond fantastic professional service when we were stressed out about getting our rooms expecially when my husband was sick. They really deserve to be mentioned and applauded! They were very very kind and gave us the nicest room in the hotel. It was just gorgious. We were so very pleased! The Jr. Suite was immaculate giving you every thing you need. Many bottles of water, the bed was wonderful. The view...was amazing. Great air conditioner. Gorgious modern room. The bell man was so helpful also. And I asked to show me how to turn on the english on the tv and they sent some one up immediately. The pool was wonderfull and we enjoyed immensely the live music which we imbraised as my spirit danced around the pool. Such ambiance. The breakfast was very good also. I also liked my Sons Bunglow room. Immaculate and fresh! So quite with a pool steps across from their room. The secret door to the beach was a find and ez passage to the beach. Loved it! And the showers for your feet was just a happy site when we came back through the secret door from the beach.The location is is the best in all of Manta...Seriously!!! The shopping mall is right across the street. Coffee is right their.Also out side their is a bakery that you have to try...Delicious.. ( Oh by the way the coffee for breakfast is delicious! Taxies are so ez to get...waiting right out side for you. I cant express enough how happy were were staying here! \

Falling on the out side unlevel walkway to the frount drive way. I fell and twisted my ankle. OUCH Also the drinks were flavorful...but really weak...very weak.

Love this hotel when in manta

Check in, took over 40 mins to check in. As their system did not register their confirmation from booking.com . Plus the person stopped what they were doing with our check in to help a other guest. They management needs to communicate more with their booking department. Just cause it is a weekend is no excuse to why the confirmed booking was not registered. Would also be nice if a excess to the beach was added j stead of walking all the way around

The people it’s beautiful at attending the hotel and have wonderful places how swimming pool and the habitations are comfortables. The breakfast it’s pretty good because all the food. Excellent stay.

This is a perfectly wonderful hotel. The service is top rate. The rooms are large and every one has a view of the sea and sky. The pool area is simply spectacular. I loved the family atmosphere, and the simply spectacular breakfast which included virtually everything you could possibly want to eat. I cannot recommend Oro Verde any higher.

The room was big, had a kitchen and a spacious bathroom

The keys didn't work (needed change twice), and the stuff was slow in responding to requests

The breakfast spread was incredible. Gustavo was also a highlight, he provided above and beyond excellent service!

The laundry cost was a harsh surprise, very expensive, even for small children's clothes. I also wished the outdoor hottubs were working!

Excellent service! Their staff are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable especially in the pool area and restaurant.

The bathrooms by the pool were disgusting,, very very dirty..we felt that the hotel was understaffed....not enough waiters, and not enough cleaning personal
