Check In was easy. We were able to store our luggage because we arrived earlier than the check in time. The room was really clean and big enough for 2 people. We had our own bathroom with a nice shower and shower products. We even got a pyjama at the check in for the night for free. Public transport was easy accessible.

the only thing I didn't like was that we couldn't check in before 3 pm. But it wasn't really a problem, because the hotel offered to store our luggage for free.

It was a very comfortable stay. There was unlimited coffee on the first floor along with free toiletries and towels. Staff are easy to talk to. They have a translator device if you can't communicate in Japanese. Location was very ideal and near tourist spots and shopping areas. There's a convenience store beside it and a restaurant as well.

I couldn't figure out how to use the airconditioner. The temperature outside was a bit chilly so I wasn't sure if it was on fan mode or on heater mode.

It was walking distance to many vibrant areas in central Nagoya. Food, cosmeds and shopping was easily accessible by foot. The hotel wasn't great or huge but the amenities I needed were fulfilled. The luggage keeping area looked safe too.

Almost none. If anything, I arrived mid day and the bin in the guest toilet near the lobby looks a bit dirty...

The price offered is incredibly valuable for what I get, making it a great option for budget-conscious travelers. The location is convenient, and the overall experience was satisfactory.

The facilities are a bit outdated, which might detract from the experience for those seeking more modern amenities.

Nice hotel right in the city centre for a reasonable price.

Weird pillows with firm strip that is probably meant to keep the pillow on one place while you sleep. Probably ok for those people who sleeps on their back. But terrible thing for people like me who sleeps face down. I guess they might have some normal ones if you ask. but unfortunately I discovered that at about midnight.

Location was superb, 5min walk to the Sakae station. There are a lot of restos and convenience stores in the street. Very near the shopping area (walkable). Room was decent for the price. Offers free luggage storage before check-in and after checkout

Quite difficult to communicate with the staff due to language barrier but not really a big issue! Room is quite small which is common in Japan. Difficult to open 2 medium luggages at the same time.

Nice room and in the center of the city. It was easy to walk to and find. Small room, but perfect for someone travelling and just needs a place to sleep. Desk worker was very kind and helped to recommend us somewhere to eat dinner.

Bathroom was small and the lamps in the room werent so bright.

Easy access location with Lawson, teishoku and ramen just downstairs. And 5 mins walk from Sakae station. Staff are friendly and helpful.

More attention to detail would help, mould in the bathroom and dust in the air vent can be cleaned easily

The staff was really helpful and the location was great.

For the smoking rooms, you are immediately hit with the smell of smoke as soon as you exit the elevator for the smoking floors. If it gets too cold they convert the aircon into a heater for the whole building so you had to open the window if you want the room cold.
