- Spacious, clean room with balcony - Attentive and helpful staff - Decent breakfast spread - On-site parking for personal vehicle - Nice swimming pool

- Check-in was delayed even after arriving post the listed check-in time (but the staff was gracious about it and made up for it) - The hotel is far from the beach and most stuff, so you'll need your own vehicle to move around conveniently. There are decent restaurants in the vicinity though.

House keeping could improve, we had to request replacement toilet roll, shower gel and towels, whilst all were replenished when reception was contacted this could have been avoided if staff were more observant, the restaraunt requires a makeover in our opinion it is more like a works canteen, functional but not very welcoming

We had an amazing stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Arpora, Goa! From the warm welcome at check-in to the relaxing ambiance, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a variety of delicious local and international options. I highly recommend DoubleTree Arpora Goa for anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in Goa. I can't wait to visit again!

the room was comfortable and the spacious. The balcony was awesome and was lawn facing so we had a good time. The pool was good we had a nice time there. Also the overall ambiance was good.

1. The room service need to be a little more proactive. We ordered for replacing the coffee and milk sachet, asked for ironing board ,asked for bottle of water etc..it all took time or more than one request phone call had to be made. 2. The food was average. Nothing to complain about but just average. The Sausages served in the breakfast was not good semi cooked and was very bland. Definitely can be improved. 3.The pool was great however there is no option for guest to dry up or hang their wet clothes. There was no option in the bathroom and i see most guest putting their wet clothes to dry on the railing or the balcony chairs. If there was some facility in the bathroom that would have helped.

The service was good! Even though we came earlier for check in, they helped us.

Just some hours before check in, i was called and asked for payment to secure the room. This could feel like scam. It should be informed in the booking while booking online. It only said pay on property. The landery service was late. We asked for 10.30 it came at 12, and we paid for express delivery which should have been reduced.

Staff was nice. Pool was good. Easy to get cabs from the location too. Well located, close to places we wanted to go.

Games room shuts too early. In room dining Food was not that great. Breakfast hall is a little small for the number of people so it felt a little congested. Took 10 mins to get a pancake. Would work a little on the breakfast experience.

The staff is prompt and friendly. Everyone was keen to help the guests and that what I loved the most. The hotel is clean and the rooms are well maintained.

There’s nothing that I didn’t like. I wish they had one more restaurant but since most guests eat out so the hotel is right to have only one outlet. Plus, there was no spa.
