Staff are extremely friendly, helpful and any issues are dealt with straight away. I would like to mention that the two lady’s that serve breakfast are excellent and nothing is too much bother if you would like certain food.

Unfortunately the pool doesn’t open till June.

Customer service was excellent, Claudia (receptionist) couldn't do enough for us, she sorted our rooms as there was mix up with number of guests in room from Booking.com but Claudia sorted that out. She also helped with taxi services and helped organized a birthday surprise. She was helpful, professional and friendly, so would like to say Thank you Claudia for making a wonderful our stay at La Corvetta. The hotel itself was lovely and nice building, pool was a good size and location was also great as there are few restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was limited options but pleasant. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Maybe there could be more option for breakfast but this if only because I'm being picky.

Being without a car, we have selected this place because almost everything is in walking distance. This worked out very well, and thus I can recommend La Corvetta also for people without a car. The communication, the welcome, the house-keeping, cleanliness, the breakfast were all great. Thanks to the team for the good stay.

The only reason why I did not give higher grade is that the pool and bar was not open before June 1st - while we departed on May 30. Bad luck for us. This information about pool and bar/service availability should be more clearly given on the top page - I only found it in comments by other visitors (thanks!) but when asking, I got immediately the honest information from staff (thanks!). We booked nevertheless and it was the right choice, take this as a suggestion for improving your (booking.com) entry page and clarify the opening of facilities. Given that there was no pool and bar, I found it was slightly over-priced, but that was possibly due to the holiday long weekend. (See some separate info about the Lido Baia given separately.)

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Especially Tiziana,Angela and Caterina Always had a beautiful smile and ensured we had everything we needed. Provided alot of information of things to do. Both Claudias at reception were friendly

Base in shower very dangerous with half tiles instead of a full.shower base. Almost slipped.

Great Breakfast and Lovely pool area. Good sea views from our room. Good location and good local restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very Clean hotel and rooms. Would stay again. Would a recommend getting a car to visit surrounding towns- public transport limited.

Check in wasn't until 4pm. No staff between hours of 12pm and 4pm so unable to drop bags.

I came here with my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 small kids) and we booked the family suite with 2 bedrooms. The suite was perfect! It included a spacious balcony, small kitchen with fridge and the air conditioning works great (very important for Puglia in the summer). The location is perfect, walking distance to an amazing beach, good restaurants (highly recommend Elia and L'Ancora, just make sure to know some basic Italian or have your google translator). The hotel has a great breakfast buffet, and a very nice pool. The hotel staff was very accommodating, they helped with making restaurant reservations, site seeing and helped us with any kid stuff. Monopoli is a 10 minute drive, beautiful city with restaurants, sites, shopping and there is a great grocery store called Familia in Monopoli (important for families). The hotel has plenty of free parking and you do need a car here (driving is really easy in Puglia as long as you have navigation with your phone). We had a great time here and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The staff were so friendly and always around to help or answer questions. The pool was so fun for the kids and we loved meeting families from all over the world. The restaurant by the pool was always open for a mid afternoon cocktail or coffee.

There never seemed to be towels.

It’s so spacious great outdoor veranda amazingl location so good to relax in the indoor spa !! Staff great and good breakfast!!
