Good location, close to the beach with modern, clean, and tidy accommodations. Public and paid parking options nearby. The host provided good local recommendations.

Having some milk available for tea and coffee would have been a welcome addition. We were surprised when asked for a copy of our credit card as a guarantee, especially since we had already paid in full with the same card. I'm not comfortable with a company having a copy of my credit card information. It's unusual for a company to request a copy of your credit card, particularly after payment. This practice raises valid questions about data security and privacy.

Location, you could walk to the city centre. It was clean.

We ordered an extra cup of coffee at breakfast every day. We had to pay €4 extra per day for just the coffee. We never experienced that somewhere else. Also you weren’t allowed to bring drinks to the room from outside, they want you to buy theirs. That was a bit difficult in the evenings because the staff wasn’t there.

Fantastic location, a short walk along the sea to Monopoli old town. Lovely clean and modern room. Hosts were lovely and polite and it was nice to have breakfast on our balcony terrace overlooking the beach.

Tea & coffee making facilities would have been good. Hosts were lovely but it would have helped if we had some written instructions (in English) to use spa bath & air conditioning. We had a few issues using them, though everything worked properly.

The description on this site made us really want to book, but it didn't go far enough to describe just how wonderful the hotel was. The location couldn't be better, just 10 minutes to the old town, but right by a beautiful beach and several wonderful restaurants. Our hosts gave excellent local knowledge. The breakfast was delivered to our room at the same time each morning (we could choose the time), and there was plenty to choose from. The site also fails to mention that we had our own private balcony! The room was changed for us every day, and fresh fluffy towels were provided. I couldn't recommend this place enough. We had 10 days here and came away wanting to stay for at least another week.

The location was great, and owners were lovely, very kind, and helpful. Breakfast is delivered to your room or the roof terrace at a time of your chosing. Jacuzzi on roof overlooking the beach is a nice surprise. There is no balcony in our room, but the other ones have balconies. Room cleaned every day. Really good pizza served in the restaurant across the road that overlook the water. There's also a beach directly in front of accommodation (it's small enough) but around the corner to the right is another beach called Porto Rosso which is a bit bigger and IMO better - only a 2 minute walk. All in all, it's a nice place, and I generally would recommend it.

Bed wasn't very comfortable for the money paid. Have stayed in 4 different locations now while travelling around Puglia, and these were the worst nights sleep had. Jacuzzi water was filthy and out of action on the last day. Towels were supposed to be changed every second day, but they weren't for us, but it's ok we were only there 3 nights. They have a charge of €30 if you request towels to be changed between those times. City tax is paid upon check out, and they will only accept cash for this (unsure why as they have card facilities right there at reception). Not entirely sure if the cost matches what you get, but I did enjoy it.

Delightful hosts ,super helpful regarding things to see and do,plus places to eat. Organized secure parking . Breakfast on our own terrace overlooking the sea was just perfect. Room super clean.The illuminated in room spa tub was unique. Easy walking to major tourist attractions and activities. Lovely little swimming beach directly across the road.

Perfect location a few blocks from the old town with easy access to many, many restaurants. Double room with balcony and sea view had large windows with views of the sea. A light breakfast was delivered to your room daily.

Could have used a towel rack for hand towels near the sink. Bigger bedside tables would be nice. But these are incredibly minor given the overall experience.

This property is lovely! Clean, modern and very comfortable with all new features including plunge pools in the room! It was one of the nicer places to stay in the area, opposite a small beach and a short walk into the old town! Staff were very nice and helpful

Absolutely everything! Claudio and Mary were the most amazing hosts. Breakfast was delicious, the room was perfect and spacious. Beautiful views, amazing rooftop terrace with jacuzzi! The location is also amazing short walk to everything you need. We will come back in a couple of years and rebook for sure 😊

We spent 5 great days. Claudio and the all staff were very kind and friendly. Room was very clean and with beautiful view. Breakfast was served in the room or on the balcony and was delicious. We recommend this place!
