I'm an event planner who curates high-end trips and events for a living - so when is comes to my family trips, I have extremely high expectations (which is a blessing and a curse). The time we spent in Monopoli was magical, not only because of the town itself but in huge part due to our amazing host Andrea at the Palazzo Fiscaiolo B&B. At the initial time of booking, Andrea immediately reached out with helpful tips on how to make our trip to Monopoli most enjoyable. He was quick to point out the location of the B&B, how to get there, where to park, where to eat, what sights to see – and most importantly to us, how to get access to the best beaches. Upon our arrival, Andrea met us at our meeting point which he had made clear how to access prior to our arrival. He not only escorted us to the room and made sure we all got comfortable, but also helped me park the car. Andrea was available to us throughout our time with him catering to our every need – food, beach, excursions, laundry, local tips, etc…. He helped us with nightly dinner reservations and even drove us to our destination or arranged for a ride. We stayed in the Junior Suite at the Palazzo Fiscaiolo B&B which slept 3. The room was comfortable and extremely clean. An amazing breakfast was provided each morning on the rooftop which was a magical spot to sip our first cup of coffee of the day. He was very attentive to what we enjoyed and catered the food to our liking each morning. We had an early flight on our day of departure and Andrea made sure to pack some pastries for us to eat in the car on our way to the airport. The location was perfect. Close to the water, a stone’s throw away from the main Catherdral and just around the corner from an array of restaurants. Right where you want to be when you visit Monopoli - without the noise!

What a great town to stay in!! The suite was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Andrea was very hospitable and helpful in every way to help us from upon arrival, recommendation’s, attractions to visit and to top it off served up an amazing breakfast on the upper terrace ….. would definitely recommend to others and look forward to returning here next time as well!!

Andrea and his wife were amazing. we had a very comfortable stay at Palazzo Fiscaiolo B&B. From the moment we arrived, Andrew helped us park the car and unload luggage into the property. He recommended beaches and an outstanding beach club to visit. The breakfast on the terrace was extremely fresh and a great selection of food. We will certainly be back, such a great experience!

Impecable refurbished house in the heart of Monopoli very charming and comfortable. Outstanding service. They went above and beyond to help us check in, park our car, reach the property and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The house was beautifully decorated and had so many details and amenities. We had a delicious breakfast at the terrace and they helped us get our car and check out was very smooth.

Palazzo Fiscailo was an awesome place to stay for my family in Monopoli. It is perfectly situated in the historic old town and very comfortable, spacious, clean, and charming. My family booked all 3 rooms so we had the run of the place and it was fantastic. We especially loved having access to the roof deck where we had an Aperol spritz at sunset overlooking the gorgeous views. Marcello, the host, was fantastic and always responsive to every question I had during our stay. He gave me his cell and I could text him for advice re: where to eat, shop, go cliff-jumping, etc and he was wonderful with quick responses. He also helped us set up to have our rooftop drinks and really cared about ensuring we enjoyed every minute of our stay. I would recommend Palazzo Fiscailo to anyone who wants to enjoy gorgeous Monopoli!

Andrew was a fantastic host. From the moment we made the booking Andrew was in contact in relation to parking and location. He met us when we arrived to ensure we parked safety and helped us with our luggage. The accommodation is very central and a beautiful room with direct access to street. Breakfast was also delicious and plentiful.

Andrea the host was great!! He was attentive to our needs. He was responsive and extremely helpful in suggestions of restaurants and excursions and he booked them for us- the best beach, dinner reservations and driving us to Polignano a Mare. The B&B is in a great location and is very clean! Breakfast on the terrace! I would recommend staying here if you go to Monopoli!

The location is perfect, and communication with our agency contact was super easy—she recommended a lot of great restaurants and cafés for us, as well as arranging a secure place for us to park overnight (it was an additional 25E per night). Everyone in Puglia is so welcoming and kind! Room was chicly decorated and very clean (and restocked regularly with so many towels!). We also loved the café where we had breakfast every morning with the vouchers. Bonus points for having an actually powerful hair dryer in the bathroom.

The beds were a bit firm for our taste, although we encountered this at several hotels in Italy—adding a thicker mattress pad or feather bed would go a long way—and squeaky. An in-room Nespresso machine would also be a welcome addition; the café for the breakfast voucher is a 5-minute walk through windy Old Town streets and a little caffeine would have helped us find it more easily, especially on the first morning :)
