Location, location, location!!! 1 block out of Storio Centale (old town). Easy walking distance. On the second floor so felt very safe. Access to rooftop. Beautiful view of ocean from kitchen balcony and rooftop. The decor is outstanding. Classical art. Lots of room throughout. Bakery across the street and restaurants within steps. Across from parking lot. Easy access. Kitchen was well appointed.

The breakfast “included” was a bit overrated. Breakfast consisted of crackers, jam and coffee, but there is a store with fresh fruit right down the street.

It was a perfect choice, really with seaview. Monopoli itself has a very good location to explore Puglia, the beaches etc. We were very lucky with the parking, because from october to March it is free on weekdays. From the apartement you can rech the historic old town in 5 minutes, also the small beaches on the other direction. There is a nice bakery next door with good smell early in the morning, and if you walk about 200 meters you can find a Carrefour express. In the apartement you can find everyting you need, and if you don't, keep contact with Marianna. The breakfast is not an european breakfast, like in a hotel, but you have coffe, tea, milk, juice fruits, bisquits, jams, cookies... And of course you can buy a lot of things at the bakery :-)

Fantastico, Great flat larger than expected, great balcony with sea views and people watching, extremely clean, all facilities you need and more, Friendly neighbours making you feel like you're at home, bakery across the street open late, early check in was fabulous and so easy with key pickup from bar across the street, directions and pictures of structure for check in extremely helpful. Great place to base yourself to explore surrounding areas. Beach, old town, Ristorante everything within minutes walk literally on your doorstep. Old town walking every evening is just fantastic. Just a little thing futon sofa not very comfortable while watching Euros 2024 football matches and WiFi struggles with multiple devices but could be supplier not structure. Bellissimo 🤗

It was perfect for what my partner and I needed whilst exploring Monopoli and the surrounding areas for a few days. Everyday necessities (coffee, milk, OJ, sugar, tea) were already provided in the apartment so we didn’t need to buy those! Additionally croissants and tarts were left for us to enjoy. Amazing location right on the edge of the old town so we could wander in every day and evening. Local bakery next door and Carrefour just down the road. Wonderful balcony with a view of the sea.

This was such an amazing stay. The apartment itself was so much bigger than we expected and the AC worked so well which was such a gift since it was very hot when we visited. We had a grocery store, multiple stunning beaches, the old town, a Foccacia shop, a Vespa rental shop, and honestly everything we needed within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. The views were stunning and we loved our stay in Monopoli. I would recommend renting a Vespa or a car to get to some of the beach clubs or even just bigger beaches if you are looking to do that!

The apartment was great with everything we needed. The location was perfect - just over the road from the sea and local shops selling all basic essentials. The historic centre was just a 2 minute.walk. Marianna was a great host - so helpful, attentive and kind. We hope to return!

Air con in bedroom not working but kitchen one made up for it, could do with more utensils, glasses etc, but great location and that's what it's all about!!

The balcony overlooking the sea, the bed was comfortable, there was a,bit of an issue on check in but the owner was very nice, took us to lunch and made alternate arrangements for the 1st night

Apartment not as nice as the pictures showed, sheets were not soft

Location great for beaches, supermarket, bakery, butcher etc Owner communication was good and generous provisions for coffee, milk, yoghurt etc

Kitchenware in general could do with an upgrade.
