Location was perfect. Enough out of town centre to be peaceful but easy walk to everything. View was lovely. Nice balcony with beautiful sea view.Very clean and nice decor all in good condition. Lovely little beach for swimming and sitting and all very clean. Nice restaurants nearby, supermarket too. Comfortable bed and clean towels. Rocco gave us good local information and recommended a place to do wine tasting.

Breakfast at the cafe over the road was very basic-a pastry and a coffee. Aircon vent in the room was very chipped and needed painting ( very minor but out of character for the rest of the decor). Sink tap was very wobbly. Pillows were very thick and very firm but I used a cushion instead. It was awkward having no reception-we had said on all the booking what time our flight was but had to call and wait maybe 15 minutes to be let in-he came as quickly as he could but a key safe might be a better option.

The location overlooking a cove beach was excellent. Proximity to the historical center was convenient for walking. The balcony was a good size. Even though there was a large crowd late at night an adjacent restaurant, our room was very well soundproofed. The quiet air conditioning worked well. Extremely impressed that Rocco arrived early in the morning to refund the breakfast fee after he was informed that the cafe where we had breakfast would be closed. We were very pleasantly surprised that the room was cleaned and we received fresh towels.

Excellent location. Beautiful view from the balcony. Just a few minutes walk from centro storico. Beautiful combination of design and function! The suite har a difficult shape, being long and narrow. However, Rocco has done a great job maximizing the space. The combination of large tiles throughout the suite with accent wood element was great. The bed being surrounded by glass walls was a different but nice solution. The cleanliness was impecable. We also loved the Nespresso machine. Extra tip - the restaurant next door is excellent and their view is awsome. Try it!

Breakfast was served at a nearby bar. Only sweet options (typically Italian). Would have been nice with at least one non-sweet option.

The location of the B&B is great, just next to the beach with a great view of the old town. The historic center is a 10-15min walk or you can take a longer route along the beach. The host made excellent restaurant recommendations, we tried 2 of them. You can have breakfast at the local cafe which is a block away fron the B&B. The room is quite spacious with a big bathroom. Fresh towels are provided and there is a cleaning lady coming once a day. We would definitely stay here again. For parking we were lucky enough to park outside the B&B for free. We went in early October and there was plenty of space for street parking free of charge.

If I had to say something it would be to change the TV for a smart one. You can only watch national channels.

The apartment is in a very good location, sitting on the balcony you can see wonderful view of the sea. There are two wonderful beaches near the facilities. The apartments are cozy and tidy, you will find everything you need for cooking. The host surprised us with a bottle of wine. We found water and lemonade in the fridge. You will get breakfast in the nearby cafe - delicious coffee and croissant. You can park your car for free on the street next to the apartment (if you get a space). I recommend it 100% !

Fabulous location with balcony overlooking a lovely beach across the road of this modern, comfortable property. We were so pleased to have a great outside bar/restaurant on the door step!!! The food & ambience was excellent, perfect for pre dinner drinks! & to top it only a 5-10 min walk into the gorgeous Monopoly - perfect

It is on the sea shore so you can see or at least hear the waves and that is amazing. The beach is right behind the building. 10 min to the old town. Breakfast was small but cute.

Missing communication. Thanks to me I understand Italian so the cleaning lady could explain me the keys and where to get breakfast. But my neighbours didn't know where to take breakfast or how to leave the appartment (neither did I, simply closed the door). The appartment was not very clean. There was a washing machine but was no detergent. Ther's no wifi password written. Many things written only in Italian (how to open the door).

This was a great location and friendly staff that went way above and beyond to provide great service. The room had a nice overview of a small beach cove with beautiful water and was right across the street and/or very short walk to a number of very good eateries and nice view of the city central historical district skyline. The cappuccinos and croissants at the seaside restaurant next door were great! The staff, especially the host, Rocco, were all very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay.

The only issues we had with the room wwas that it would have been nice to have a couple more pillows of lesser density that the two provided, and, as early risers, a little in-room coffee maker would have made a very nice place even more comfortable.

Could have offered more choices for B'Fast such as yoghurt, fruit or cereal rather than just one hot snack and 1 hot drink. No tea making facility in Room.

Clean, modern and well appointed. Reasonably short walk to Monopoli old town. But the absolute highlight is the view looking straight over Porto Bianco beach. With the door open you can hear the waves 😁

Noise does carry so if you have noisy, inconsiderate neighbours like we did at the beginning of our trip, pack some earplugs.....
