A really nice old styled hotel we were so keen of that we extended our stay for another night.. Unfortunately no parking possibilities; however there are many garages round…very central

We loved the location. Right in the centre of the upmarket part of town. On the Main Street. But also very good soundproofing so it was quiet.

The breakfasts. No fruit salad after our first morning. No eggs. If you like cake and pastries then very nice, but not my thing. The beds were a bit uncomfortable. My husband complained of a bad back and not sleeping too well because of the bed. We had to ask for more pillows as we were only given one each. We like the aircon off to sleep and all through the night the pad on the wall flashed bright blue for about 30 seconds waking us up through the night.

This hotel is well positioned, brilliantly run by staff for whom nothing is too much trouble, and provides spotless rooms and a reasonable breakfast. If you want a corporate boxy hotel, then this isn’t for you. We wanted a hotel in an old Neapolitan courtyard and once you enter the door, everything works perfectly. They even give you a little traditional gift when you leave, in the hope that you will return to Naples. Our stay was very good value for money.

Nothing

Charming, clean, and centrally located: this hotel truly captures the spirit of Old Naples. The vintage furniture, high ceilings, and overall cosy atmosphere make it feel both authentic and inviting. What really stood out was the staff: always polite, genuinely warm, and radiating positive energy.

The rooms are on the smaller side, and some of the wall paint shows a bit of wear, but everything was impeccably clean. If you’re looking for character over cookie-cutter perfection, this is the place for you.

I chose the hotel because of its historical connections to an ancestor who loved there in the 1770s and I believe Mozart played for him there and see the interior confirmed my theory, based on contemporary paintings. I had my mobile phone stolen and the staff at reception were very helpful in allowing me to use the computer to resolve the issue and print off my boarding pass. It was aso very convenient for the San Carlo Theatre.

Beautiful hotel with an interesting history. Rooms clean, cleaned daily. Very helpful staff. Close to the port, the center, the metro station. Delicious breakfasts, warm fresh bread, cold meat, cheese, jams, yogurts, fruit and a large selection of regional cakes. Cakes also available in the afternoon, a nice surprise! I definitely recommend it!

Everything was great

the hotel is in a very convenient location only a few minutes walk from a Metro station and from the port which is also served by the airport bus. It is a few minutes walk to the waterfront, to the galleria shopping, to the Palazzo Reale and the opera house. It is in a small courtyard off a local shopping street with outlets, cafes and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was a good continental style and the rooms were a good temperature. The bed was Kingsize and supercomfy, the bathroom was small but clean and provided all we needed.

Location is great! Just center of everything! Breakfast is quite good, maybe variety of cheeses can be more but generally it is much better than most of the other places at this level. Personel is quite helpful! And that made me to think to stay in this hotel next time and I strongly recommend my friends to stay in this hotel! They saved our lifes :) by accepting to store our lugguages! Then we could go and stay near places with small bags. Also when we came back to Napoli for our last night; because of the price, we stayed in another place which is only a few meters away from Chiaja Hotel. Next day we had a very early flight and we needed taxi. The place that we stayed, did not help us about that but the reception of Chiaja Hotel called and reserved the taxi for us and they said in case we would have any problem do not hesitate to get in touch with them! Everything was great!!

The location is great, just 20m away from Piazza del Plebiscito. Staff were helpful and courteous. Many restaurants and shops close by.

The street below is noisy and the windows are not soundproofed so I was waken up multiple times during the night by barking dogs, rubbish trucks, motorbikes and cars, or rowdy passers-by. AC did not work.

Our room was very nice and comfortable. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful and breakfasts are very good. The hotel is located just off one of the major shopping and restaurant streets in Naples and close to two of the world’s best pizzerias. This second floor hotel can be accessed by a small elevator. Naples subway is very clean, efficient and easy to use!

It is a bit of a challenge to get to by car.
