We had the pleasure of being welcomed by Alberta and Franceska, who were truly exceptional hosts. I have rarely experienced such a warm and friendly reception. These two remarkable individuals deserve the highest respect and appreciation from the management. As guests from the Republic of Kosovo, where hospitality and heartfelt spirit are deeply valued, we immediately recognized and admired their genuine kindness. My message to the owner is simple: You should be very proud to have such outstanding members on your team. Bope to see you again

The space between the tables in the restaurant was very uncomfortable, and the pool did not meet the standards expected of a 4-star hotel. The bartenders were unprofessional and showed little respect toward guests. During our order, a young man and woman working behind the bar were extremely noisy, which created an unpleasant atmosphere. Overall, both the bar and the pool are in need of renovation.

Coffee machine was not great Juice machine was not great, way too sweet with artificial sweetener which I can not have as it gives me a headache and there were no alternatives other than water Lack of space around the dining tables, they were very tight and difficult to get in and out of.

Everything was amazing, the staff were brilliant and very helpful especially in the restaurant! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The pool was great and the lifeguard always there who was helpful. The food was amazing very good quality

The dinner could have a little more choice with meat as there was a lot of fish everynight. Other guests were rude and pushing in a lot at meals

Amazing hotel and staff...we where late because the flight was late, but they prepared dinner for us. That is unforgetttabile. Amazing place, for lunch and dinner we have included drink...fantastic vine roso and white...we ll be back for shure. Thank you very much...

Beautiful setting, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, great food, free shuttle service to La Cinta beach

Club activities geared towards Italian speakers (and you have to pay for them regardless), lots of chlorine and mandatory swim caps in pool

The food was fantastic. The staff in the dining and bar were nice and attentive. La Cinta is an amazing beach.

The seats in the beach shuttle were very limited. Available services should be better descibed

Good breakfast , Excellent lunch and dinner. Extraordinary shows for adults and children every day. A perfect location for families with small children.

We had a good time with our daughter, we liked everything, the service staff is wonderful, the room is always clean, the food is delicious. Thank you very much xx
