The property is beautiful, very scenic and entertaining for the children. The Karaoke was fun.

I was not impressed by a gentleman that approached myself and family stating he will upgrade our breakfast experience next day it was a solicitation to sell me membership into royalton hotelling like a timeshare. The gentleman - Jose Francisco was not upfront about the intentions. He also promised that I would get late check out of the hotel with that offer and this was not the case. After I attended the session (the session was nice and all the participants) the gentleman disappeared. I saw him back on the property and his actions were very shifty. This is a horrible first time impression of your company and I think more transparency and honesty needed to be had should i ever come back

The service from the concierges. The shuttle service. The signage in relation to your location in the resort. The temperature of the pools and the variety of the water slides. General feeling of safety.

Room was not ready at 3. Prior to my arrival, I was not aware that I needed to make a reservation to dine at the restaurants other than the buffet one day in advance.

After check in, no one showed us where the room was. During today’s lunch, a tall heavy set black guy and his supervisor (skinny kind of short guy in green shirt) had a bad attitude with me because they forgot to bring me the coffee and I went to ask for it. Not enough utensils to grab food.

I received a free room upgrade and my room was great! The staff was friendly and helpful. The private beach was a plus and the pools were clean. Food and drinks were fine and I enjoyed the amenities.

The wait at check in was almost an hour due to everyone arriving at the same time. The free upgrade I was given made up for it.

We loved the stay. The bartenders in the lobby made us feel welcomed from the very beginning. Jose at the was incredibly helpful and provided all the information we needed to know. The staff greeted us every morning. The activities for the kids and the adults was exceptional.

the property was great is very well kept rooms are super comfortable with room service 24/7 me and my wife ordered burgers at 2 am in the morning service was excellent I would highly recommended stay here for families even couples . Talk about Pools there’s like 19 pools all around is a water park resort like Six Flags Hurricane Harbor has exhilarating water rides, slides, Lazy Rivers ,Kids pools and kids water games spectacular experience for the kids they love it . The reception in this resort is very professional and helpful. I felt very welcome is amazing what great services could do for your stay .Everything was perfect,clean,beautiful, comfortable all around the staff was amazing. Let’s talk about the food was delicious they have everything everything you could find in a 5 star restaurant lots of variety. The restaurant’s menus where mouth watering . Most meals were prepared from fresh, healthy organic ingredients found in abundance within the restaurant vicinity. 5 stars on the entertainment MODESTO the DJ is a really fun guy he put up a show at the adult pool every one was dancing lots of fun lots of laughs. The staff was really friendly, the water park was awesome, the room were clean

The food could be better, the breakfest buffet was really good, but the buffet for lunch and dinner was not so good. It was kind of hard to make reservations at the specialty restaurants.

The staff was super nice, very friendly. All the staff walked around saying “hola”. The activities were fun and family friendly. The facility was clean and well maintained.

Since we didn’t pay before we got there, we were charged over $20 dollars more than the price quoted on booking.com. This price from what we were told was either the conversion from the dollar to Dominican pesos then we were told that that extra money was the charge from our banks. We then googled the conversion rate from USD to Dominican pesos and it was a different amount than what was charged. I felt that they were knowing deceiving us. That was the one thing I didn’t like.

Facilities and cleanliness

Some water slides closed on water park and also Sports Bar closed. Also some food was not good quality.

The facilities were great as well as the staff. It's enough with the buffet if you don't get opportunity to eat in the restaurants. The buffet has a variety of food for everyone.
