Excellent location, to recommend. Very close to metro station (L3), close to Avenia Diagonal where you have trams and buses, very easy to get to all main attractions. Also you can find nearby a lot of cafes, bakeries, shops with a variety of food and whatever you need for pleasant stay. Lidl is a few streets away (5 min walk). We had 6 nights stay in the hotel and we were very satisfied with the most of things: the hotel was very clean (they clean rooms and change towels every day), very safe, very quiet, Internet was very good (all over the hotel, and in the room, too). Central heating, it worked perfectly. Buffet breakfast was correct, maybe it could be with more variety, but it was delicious. After checking out, we left our luggage at the reception (for free), and could enjoy the whole day (we had flight in the evening). You have small kitchen in the apartment with the fridge and cooker, also have a water heater to make a tea or coffee....

Kitchen amenities could be better: for example we needed a wine bottle opener (had to borrow it from the reception), and a cutting board. Only two water glasses and two small coffee cups. This is not crucial, but I think it could be better. The TV channels selection was very poor (only in spanish, no music channels).

We stayed here for five nights and we had two rooms. The rooms were spotless. The bedding was comfortable and there was a lot of space. Both of our rooms had a small kitchen which we did not use, but would have been perfect for families with small children or travelling on a budget. The housekeepers work so hard. I especially appreciated how our things were straightened up and not just wiped around. The maid even cleaned my hair brush, which may seem weird, but was an extra touch for me that I loved. Special shout out to Clara who was so kind and offered lots of information and support during our stay.

The location is a little far from the main attractions. But, the metro is just a few steps from the front door and it's easy to access and utilize. After a day or two, we liked the location even better because we were in a quiet neighborhood with delicious coffee shops and restaurants for dinner.

Excellent rooms, free using of a safe in the room, good cleaning every day notwithstanding it’s an apart hotel. Small kitchen in the room with plates, forks and knives.

Small choice of dishes for breakfast, no salads and no vegetables to create own salad but excellent pastries. It’s strange as for 4 stars hotel. Dinners dishes were excellent but all week they have the same menu with 3 starters, 3 mains and 3 deserts. If we don’t want melon soup with hamon and salad with tomatoes and spring onion- only one starter was available for several days.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was incredibly quiet and relaxing, which made it perfect for a peaceful getaway. The room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience throughout my visit. The location was also convenient yet calm — a perfect balance. This hotel is definitely a must-visit. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, restful stay.

We liked everything! The room was huge, lots of space for luggage. The adjoining kitchen was also good to have, as we are late sleepers and prefer to make our breakfast at times. Everything is within walking distance, mall, restaurants, Laundromat, metro. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.. Not directly in the city center but easy to get to by train or bus.

We got a room with twin beds and the beds kept moving apart. Don't get twin beds if you are a couple that likes to cuddle 🤣.

The staff was friendly and helpful, I even got a discount voucher for dinner at the hotel, which I took advantage of. Both breakfast and dinner were good value and lovely. The room was clean and good size, and the bed was comfy. I like the aparthotel concept as it provides you with more space. The hotel is located a few blocks from a metro station, so it is easy to get around. There are plenty of coffee shops, eateries, and shops around, including the Corte Ingles. I had a positive experience and definitely recommend it.

Good location, close to a shopping centre and coffeehouses. While the lounge area looks recently renovated, I don’t believe the rooms are 4stars hotel quality. When closing the sliding door in the room, the handle fell off and it looked rusty. The rooms details were not as new as expected. The breakfast selection lacked fresh vegetables, had only some fried veggies that had no taste. However, the meat, bread and fruit selection was good. The dinner selection had 3 options for each course. While the starters were fine, the chicken for the main course was disappointed. The ice cream was delicious, however.

We loved everything about it! Spacious room, private bathroom and kitchen space (and all necessary amenities). Just like living in your own home! Exceptional cleanliness and super comfy beds! The neighborhood is simple and quite, good to stay away from the hustle bustle of main touristy areas while having shops and restaurants nearby to get whatever you need. Not far away either, Metro station is just 5 min walk! In less than 20 mins you can get to the centre of the city.

Nothing in particular! But just a heads-up, they give drinking water bottles only the first day. While was not really sure if the tap water is 100% potable. A shower bidet was not there, one might be handy in the toilets for middle east travelers.

Super comfortable and clean. Well equipped - soap and toothbrushes in bathroom, plates and cooking facilities in kitchen. Excellent location - great amenties but not too noisy at night. 5 mins walk from Les Corts metro from where it was less than 10 mins on metro to all attractions, with trains running every 2 minutes. We arrived really early and staff checked to see if they could still give us the room, however it was not ready yet. They let us store our cases there so we could go exploring. There is a restaurant in hotel, but didn't eat there as we were out in other areas.

Aircon wasnt working. Admittedly i didnt report this as it was only an issue where room was a bit warm when we first checked in - temperature was fine rest of time, so maybe hotel don't turn it on in Feb. Staff were always willing to help, so I'm sure they would have addressed this had i raised it

The hotel is in a very convenient location close to a metro station (Les Corts). There is a large grocery store nearby which includes a great bakery and delicatessen. Our room on the 7th floor had a nice view of the area. There is also a 24 hour laundry close by

The kitchenette did not include a coffee maker or water boiler, or a bottle opener. The elevator was slow. Most of the staff were not particularly friendly. The curtains were hard to open and close.
