room was clean. refrigerator not cold. I was not really into breakfast, didnt look appetizing. Staff was very attentive. Most were very personable. They helped us with early checkout. We really enjoyed the hotel, one of better ones in the area.

Breakfast could be better. I went outside for a smoke break several times through the night. I was in town for passing of my brother, couldn't sleep much. On nights 4-11 and 4-12, I noticed each time I went out the lobby doors were both wide open, it was way past 11 p.m. Something you might want to look at.

Had issue with the refrigerator and it was replaced corerecting the problem. The phone in the room wasn't working but after I corrected the wiring it worked fine. The tv's cable booster lost power and stopped working. I notified the manager who came and got it working. The desk was too close to the A/C, blocking the air flow into the room. I moved the desk away from the A/C about a foot and it improved the air coming into the room without the blockage. I really appreciated the quick response by the staff correcting the problems.

Nothing could improve what is working so well. The only issue, not a complaint, was after the remodeling of the room, complete cleanup behind the refrigerator wasn;t performed and was discovered during the exchange of refrigerators. The maintenance man was quick to correct things.

We loved that bed. We slept in, was comfortable, and we got rest. Room was. Nice close. Too were we wanted to go and things we wanted to do. Ms Angie the Mgr. Was. Amazing she checked on us and made sure. We were good and some of the ofter. Front staff , the one young man and you lady that. Stood out. Had smiles on their faces. ☺️. When they came to collect the towels, thank you for that.

Didn't sweep Our Room and had to set out trash and towels & kind of clean our room ourselves, but all good

The room was excellent. Very spacious. All amenities within the room were not in short supply. Plenty of towels, etc.

Within the room, the Kleenex box had just 2 tissues. They missed that step. The night front desk employee was uninviting. He did his job. But didn't extend his courtesy outside of getting the job done. No smile to greet me. He might have mumbled hello. I couldn't quite hear him. But not until I said "Hi" first. The morning front desk employee was the same. She offered just a "hello" after I initiated it. She didn't ask anything about my stay. Just a business-like thank you and a mumbling "Have a good day" when turning in my room key. No eye contact or smiley greeting. These are minor complaints. But for a 3-Star rating, and paying a bit more, it should be expected.

The room was nice and clean. We slept well in the beds as they were very comfortable. The breakfast was alright, however my companions complained about the coffee. I don't drink any coffee. The staff was especially helpful and friendly.

The coffee was bitter according to my companions. There were people roaming around the outside of the hotel that didn't appear to be guests.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable. We stayed on the first floor both times and were very pleased not to hear alot of noise. We especially liked the sitting area in the room.

Several people wandering around outside that did not appear to be hotel guests. Also, had to call the front desk to ask some guests outside our window to please turn off jam box after 11pm.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean with plenty of towels and bath cloths. Everything was as expected. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok nothing special about it to say.

Pillows were way to small and way to soft. everything else was good.

the hotel was a little off the way from where we needed, and there was some noises from over the wall.. the AC was hard to regulate so we ended up turning it off entirely. The supplies in the bathroom were minimal.

Location.

After breakfast, we went back to our third floor room and got ready to leave. The elevator was not working and we had to carry everything down 3 stories. Breakfast was so-so. Juices from the dispenser seemed watered down considerably.

My room was at the far end of the hall and it was VERY quiet. The associate at the front desk was very polite.

The drive up to the hotel was very hard to identify. I drove by it twice.
