Everyone working there was very kind. The Young lady in the morning and also gave me my Amazon packages that I had delivered there is very sweet and kind and a smile on her face. The Young Gentleman that worked the midnight shift was very friendly and nice when I would go get my delicious coffee he had ready for guests. Very clean and new looking. Nice place to stay. I have stayed there for about 2 weeks total.

There wasn't 1 thing that I didn't like and I have high expectations.

I loved the staff they were so helpful. When I was checking out, my key card stopped working while I was taking things to my car, and the staff fixed my card, so I was able to get all my things before leaving. Also the bed was so comfortable. Normally, the beds in hotels i stay in are too hard or too soft.

Everything was perfect. I have no complaints.

Conveniently located to places of interest to me, clean and good value for the money. The bed was very comfortable and had 4 pillows of varying thicknesses so you could find the one you liked.

Water flow from the lavatory was funky, needs strainer or something. Also, tub water dispenser and commode seat were loose and slide around. Water pressure was weak.

Staff offered fast and friendly service and price was very affordable.

Room was not very handicapped friendly. Beds were a little too high for me, a person who has back and knee issues. Bathroom wasn’t handicapped friendly either. Refrigerator had an awful smell upon opening it, I purchased a box of baking soda to quiet smell down.

Loved everything.

Some rooms TVs are small and some of the TVs color is blue and hard to see the picture. Needs new TVs in certain rooms. Also I have found some trash under some of the beds. Room 160s TV is blue and hard to see the screen

I like the location that it was in Oxford Alabama but overall I did not like the room because when I came to the hotel that had me in room 164 and I immediately turned around upon me going to the room and the door was wide open and the beds had been messed up like somebody had already been in the room and so I went to the front desk asked the lady to give me another room and kind as she was she did but the second room that she put me in the bathroom was not clean were they had relay tile it was done improperly and it was very very dirty but all because of the bed in the hotel room I stayed and enjoyed my birthday

I did not like the fat that I had to be first switch from the initial room they first gave me because it was already open and the beds look like they have been slept in and then when they switch my room out the bathroom was dirty and there were dirty warm tiles in the bathroom of the hotel room I was in

The hotel is right off of the interstate and a main road, so it is easy to find. There are plenty of conveniences nearby. The hotel was quiet with adequate outside lighting in the parking lot and walkways. The lobby appeared to be clean and smelled nice. The staff was efficient and professional. The room was mostly adequate for our needs.

This hotel advertises free breakfast, but when asking about breakfast, I was told that it's not available. The room needs to have some repairs completed (toilet and shower) and a deep cleaning.

Young man at check out was helpful. There was a problem with 4 rooms before we was actually placed in a room.

Expected more breakfast than juice & muffins, apples & yogurt

Near the interstate, some fast food restaurants ,and Walmart.

Some guest were partying too much and extremely noisy. Not enough parking. The tub needs slip proof bottoms.

It was a nice clean place loved through location was real close to my job and plenty around me
