My family only stayed one night, on our way back home, after Hurricane Helene caused major damage to the hotel we had originally booked in Augusta, GA. The facilities were absolutely beautiful and the staff were amazing and so friendly. The location was fantastic. There were so many restaurants to choose from within minutes from the hotel.

The booking.com listing said that breakfast would be $1 a person, but at check-in, we were told it was $19.95 a person. It was no biggie, but for that price, we just went to the Craker Barrel right up the road.

Very nice staff members, stayed after a travel ball tournament, checkin in and was told at checkin that there had been a gas leak earlier but the fire department and gas company gave the all clear. We went up to the room to shower before dinner but no hot water, called front desk she was very honest that it was being fixed at the moment and should be fixed within the hour. We qent to dinner and returned, it was fixed! :)

Indoor pool for my kids to play in.

They need to update their COVID safety policy on booking.com that states their pool and restaurant is closed and masks are required in all public areas. I stayed in this hotel a few years ago and the message was the same. It needs to be updated.

I appreciated that dinner was available in the hotel. Everyone seemed to be glad that I had arrived and the chef/staff were very happy to give me dinner to take to my room. I was made welcome!

Need more real coffee in the room with more real sugar and real cream.

This was first time we stayed with Hilton and we will return this place was amazing all the way around.

The original room on the third floor was filled with cigarette smoke, we did get moved to the 2nd floor for that reason but maybe monitoring that a little more wouldn’t be a bad idea.

Doors to the rooms close VERY loudly. Woke me up several times during the night.

The beds was really comfortable and they actually give you a comfortner and not the thin sheets normal hotel give. It was also super clean and accommodating.

I did like the curtains. In Alabama the Sun comes up at 5 they should have where you are able to shut the curtains. They only have the light color blinds that did not keep the sun out.

That you take large holding deposit on arrival then keep my money for 7 working days after I’ve checked our. Know it’s a company policy but feels like money making exercise with my money

Seems like every year there is something wrong. This time the heat and the toilet wouldn’t flush good the second day

The location is perfect to my family/friends.

The breakfast could have been complimentary. It was too expensive.
