I loved the location. It was close to the metro so it was easy to get around Los Angeles. The neighborhood was quiet. I liked the front desk managers. Fred was GREAT and another guy (I didn’t get his name). They answered any and all of my questions. The room was nice and clean. I don’t like my room cleaned during my stays and the staff respected that. I didn’t get to go into the pool but it was a nice size. It was also clean.

The gym location and equipment could use some improvement. The breakfast was subpar.

Well, the beds were comfortable, the staff was so helpfull and friendly and the breakfast far exceeded our expectations! it was rich, fresh, tasty and abundant. there was parking in the hotel, which we used only in the last evening, as the street offered free parking during our stay as well. the location was very centric and easy to reach. We highly recommend the best western and will definitely be back

Room was the perfect size for what I needed with clean and adequate facilities. Breakfast selection was good enough to set you up for the day and constant fresh coffee in the lobby is perfect for topping up without needing to use the facilities in the room. Staff were all pleasant and always on hand to help out with all your needs. It is evident that the hotel are keen to keep their facilities looking well as they were having new carpets fitted during my stay.

It could be me but walking in to the room at night was very dark and the switch just inside the door didn't seem to do anything.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful with tips on places to see and eat at. Room was as detailed in listing, great to have second room in the family suite. Breakfast was great.

Parking on the street worked for us but it would have been great to have parking on property included in price. Also the room size was just a little small having 4 people with luggage.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious at a good price. No issues with shower, Wi-Fi, amenities etc. It wasn't a Royal Palace like its regal hotel name but a good old regular Best Western.

When I went for a walk to nearby Pico Blvd., to find something to eat, there were many homeless people on the street. But this has nothing to do with the hotel. The driveway in the hotel parking was a quite narrow and a little bit of a challenge when you exit.

The staff were wonderful, from Reception to the ladies working in the dining area. They are friendly, smiley and just beautiful. A big shout out to Paola :) Breakfast was nice. Checking in / Out was pretty smooth. The location is suitable for my visit purpose. close to Santa Monica and to Beverly Hills at the same time

The carpet in the room seemed old and dirty to be honest. Linen also had spots and didn't feel clean since they're old. The sink in the bathroom is annoying the way it's designed! Easily to hear noises from everywhere: Halls, Parking area. It was hard to sleep sometimes when people keep slamming doors and talking loudly.

It was easy to find and park at (& at a fair daily rate). There was a nice breakfast and the room was spacious enough to relax in after meetings. (We had a king suite with sofa room.) Also, the pool & jacuzzi were a big plus! The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful.

Only slight complaint was the narrow shape of the bathroom which made it a wee bit crowded when we were both using it. Otherwise, our stay was just terrific.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast, large room, near UCLA, many good things around the hotel: supermarket and places.I had problems with my check-in and the reception was very patient and kind.

At some hours, specially around noon, the neighbourhood can get a bit sketchy, but this is no way the hotel's fault. You can still walk around if you're careful, but a vehicle could make things easier.

The staff was very friendly, specially Fred was always smiling. The breakfast buffet was good. The room was good size. Easy to Find the hotell. We would likely stay again If we travel to Los Angeles again.

The carpet in the room needs to be changed, it has a smell to it. The pool area needs more attention and cleaning.

Everything in the room worked perfectly: Internet, safe, electricity, plumbing, AC, and the linens (sheets and towels) are impeccable. The hotel serves a very fine breakfast and eating at a table by the pool is lovely. In addition, the staff is friendly, helpful and prompt to reply to all questions. The neighborhood isn't ideal but Sawtelle Japantown is within walking distance and Santa Monica is just a 10 minute drive away.

Through no fault of the hotel, the neighborhood isn't great for a long walk but all the Asian restaurants are a treat!
