I like that the property is close to many restaurants and bars in the area. I really like that I feel safe and that the rooms are very clean. I also like the breakfast that is offered every morning making it convenient & also helping us to save a little money.

I don’t like that the pillows are terribly uncomfortable but I spoke to one of the housekeepers and she was so sweet and gave me pillows that were of better quality and much more comfortable. I did NOT like that the parking is no longer free. There is a $12 fee per night now.

The staff, location, and rooms are nice and comfortable. You get a coffee machine, microwave and mini fridge in your room. Breakfast is basic, but decent. I like that I have that option to have it. I have stayed here before and this time was as lovely as the first experience. The location is great. There is a laundry mat across the street and a grocery store within a mile in either direction. Plus, you can catch the bus right outside. The beds are comfortable.

For the sake of having to make a dislike comment. Maybe more options for breakfast and other amenities, like a small gym or laundry room would be nice, but like I said in my like comment, there is a laundry mat right across the street.

I didn’t want to drive back so I booked a stay. It was really so my fiancé and I to get away for the night; staycation. It was so clean, which I loved. It was super comfy. Free breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, oatmeal, muffins, and juice. The price is reasonable too. One thing I liked, a very small detail is that there is a plug wall charger on each side of the bed. Not many hotels are set up this way either so this I appreciate. Another thing is that parking is $12, gated and underground (my fiancé doesn’t have to worry about his car).

I only stayed one night so there wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Breakfast was fine except I’d like whole wheat & rye bagels to be available.

Breakfast: Coffee in motels is never good so my husband & I always travel with our own to make in our room. The pillows were awful - lumpy except for one but wasn’t supportive enough. The bed & sheets were great however. The NOON checkout is fabulous. Great having the sofa chair, ottoman & moving eating table especially since I wasn’t able to find any space to eat at breakfast which was fine as I preferred to eat in my room.

There cleaning fantastic 5 stars housekeeping department and management and supervisor from that they doing a pretty nice job I stay probably 2 years and I love it that’s why I came again to this location and I will keep going the sheets of the bed smell odor clean no like other hotels that smell bad bathroom 5 stars everything excellent I wan to go again front desk staff very friendly and it was one beautiful woman in the morning I think she has office next to the elevator when I saw her in the morning checking out I saw her she make day 🥰when I ask for my deposit she told that she want to go shopping that day I was busy with a lot of work but next I will go shopping and marry with her because she is my dream girl thank guys excellent job 👏🫶(SECURITY😉😊)

We always stay at this Comfort Inn when we need to make a quick trip to LA. Love the area it’s located in as there are many places to walk to and explore. The hotel is always clean, easy to get to, and has parking. And it comes with breakfast!

During this stay, we were in a different part of the hotel than usual, and unfortunately, the room shook with anyone walking down the hallway or buses/trucks passing by. There were also some rowdy guests which is thru no fault of the hotel. We didn’t get a wink of sleep during this stay. Won’t deter from us staying here again though!

Great value - good price for room. Everything updated and very clean, great serve yourself breakfast with lots of choices, good location w/ short drives to a lot of LA tourist destinations like La Brea tar pits, museums,etc… Restaurants, a nice book shop and ice cream store within a short walk too.

We liked the hotel just fine. We liked the neighborhood but if walking some folks might find parts of it a little seedy but if you keep walking along Sunset east or west it gets nicer.

For the price of this hotel, I think it was good value for money. The bed was comfy, room was big, and breakfast included. I have a pretty high standard of cleanliness and found the hotel to be one of the most immaculately clean places I have ever stayed. Honestly, the cleaners here do an amazing job

I was on level 2, and it was a little noisy with the people above stomping around. Seems noise travels quite easily through the floors

We felt very safe, it was super clean. We loved that the vehicle was in a locked garage. Very close to so many attractions. Would have liked more pastries or croissants for breakfast. Fantastic AC Unit, very large room. We loved our stay. Quiet, even on the busy street.

1. We traveled from San Diego and were denied an early 2pm check in. We thought that being only an hour would not make a difference to them but they did not allow it. 2. The pillows are really bad and uncomfortable. First, they were about 15 x15" and very lumpy, hard in some spots making sleep not very restful.

I called the day before and the day of my check-in to ask if I van check-in early. The staff was very kind and patient with me. Very friendly

The breakfast could of had a little more variety but with the limited space I understand why the there isn't much of a variety. Also, there was a panel on the floor in the elevator that felt loose. That made me nervous
