The pool is wonderful, the location is great, and the rooms are fantastic, huge and quiet from outside noise. We also had room service coffee which was excellent and the bar / restaurant area was fun. The front desk staff was helpful and responsive.

More common area would be nice. Nowhere for my friend to park even briefly to pick me up or drop me off (valets would give her about 20 seconds before shooing her off).

Location was great.. right in the heart of Silverlake .. right next door to Erewon market

No real lobby area. Rooms were a good size and the decor was nice, but I wish they had more space for clothing.. small closet with only a few hangers and no drawers. Also no luggage rack or place to put luggage.. if there were drawers to put your clothing.. this would not have been an issue. Also please put a regular iron and board … steamer is kinda useless

The room was very spacious and had a lovely atmosphere and very nice lighting Beautiful bed and linnen

The fact that there was no basin in the bathroom just a sink int the kitchenette. There was no water jug to make a cup of tea.

This is a very cozy, stylish hotel. I love the pool, breakfast restaurant (didn't care for the dinner menu). It's conveniently located within walking distance to other restaurants, Erewhon. I like the feature they use to text the front desk for anything you need.

They need doors on the shower, and to change the shower heads/ water pressure. The shower is always cold without a door to keep the heat/steam in, and the water pressure is so low that it is hard to wash & rinse you hair.

Great location for me during this stay. It was in the area I needed it to be. Has a retro feel. Staff was very friendly. Good size room.

Pillows were not very comfortable. Glad I brought my own shampoo etc. as theirs is not secure. It is “communal”, which of course is a trend in hotels now but some hoteIs have them locked so lids cannot be opened. was not impressed by the food from the restaurant, but again staff at the restaurant was excellent. Overall room could have been cleaner. There was definitely evidence that maybe the floor was not vacuumed, and a few other things that made me the question the cleanliness in general unfortunately.

Great location in Silver Lake, really easy to walk around to local shops and restaurants. Area felt quite safe and had decent parking nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and had great quality of toiletries provided. Enjoyed the pool and views too!

More availability of pool towels as these quickly went and despite requesting some for a swim - these were not brought out by staff. For the price of the room, I expected some more amenities like slippers (or maybe I did not see these?), but high quality of the things that were provided.

The room was very nice, tastefully decorated. Very comfortable bed, Good location. Nespresso machine in the room.

Besides the Nespresso ,4 coffee pods , sugar packs, Nothing else was offered for free, no bottled water, no tea bags, a small electric kettle, paper napkins.. The chairs were very cool and hipster,but uncomfortable, same with the wicker coffee table,. not enough storage for clothing Not enough hooks in the bathroom the sink part of the bathroom was integrated in the room , not a fan of that setting

really cute hotel with nice, stylish rooms and friendly staff. the restaurant, marco polo, is incredibly good (like soooooooo gooood!!!)

my bed kept shaking like crazy. i thought it was because trucks were going by but it happened day and night even when no one was in the street. it felt like a mini earthquake, was so weird! also don’t like that they don’t provide water for free ($15 for a bottle of water is crazy)

the restaurant next door is fabulous!!! Really enjoyed it for breakfast and dinner. The location is terrific great access to many restaurants and bars. . the Pool is small but convenient to use and never busy. the staff was really helpful.

The parking could be easier - the valet is not available after hours, however the staff was great and they would just give me my car keys to get out of the facility.

Location is good. Staff (particularly the waiter at breakfast) are all friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. They accommodated my request for a room on the quiet side of hotel.

The air conditioning units need to be updated or tuned up. I have stayed their multiple times given the proximity to my kids apartments and the AC units are loud and noisy.
